My husband and I love the Coonamessett for meals, though I have never used the inn for an overnight stay as we live here part of the year. It is the perfect setting for a long, leisurely lunch in the summer or a cozy dinner as the weather cools off in the Fall. There is a gorgeous Cape pond one...

The 'welcome' was awful - very brusque and really only interested in getting to the bit where they take your credit card! The air conditioning was set too high and was very noisy so we ended up turning it off! The bathroom wasn't clean and when I say you could spit through the towels they were so thin and worn...

This is a lovely place to stay. The bustling reception and restaurant belie the peace and quiet of the rooms. They mostly overlook a pond and are very quiet. We had a great sitting room and bedroom which was spotless. Seating outside our room was a bonus. Staff were attentive and responded within minutes to an issue with our TV....

I recently attended a wedding reception at the Coonamessett Inn and I was overall very pleased. The location and scenery is beautiful. During cocktail hour only beer and wine were available at the outdoor bar...all other drinks had to be ordered from one of the 3 waiters walking around. This process took a longer time than the usual time it...

We were very disappointed with the service for our daughter's wedding reception. We arrived to find nothing set up (except the tables). We had to tell them to get the hor d'ouvres an hour later, they didn't know we had even ordered them. I got the feeling because it was a small, intimate reception it didn't matter. Very disappointed!

Everything is good in this hotel. Large clean rooms, very nice New England atmosphere and excellent kitchen. Try the filet Mignon!! The only disappointing point is that the rooms are so noisy. The conversations next door ate easy to follow.

We had a "VIP" room which meant that the room was large with several sitting areas and a private entrance. However, it lacked in style and amenities for even a basic room - no artwork on any of the walls, just bare white walls; empty bookcase shelves; and it was missing what a "VIP" room in many places would have...

Lovely old piece of history in Falmouth as soon as you walk in the door. Dining at the Coonamessett Inn just keeps getting better. The dining room is rustic and warm but I enjoy sitting on the tavern side a little more. The staff there are all so great and friendly. The shrimp cocktail are nice large shrimp, the baked...

The food here is amazing. I love coming here and have never had a bad meal. The service is good as well. It might not have a harbor view, but who cares when the food is as good as it is. A hidden gem! I have never stayed in the hotel so I can't speak to that.
