This is a lovely old Inn in a convenient location walking distance from the main street where restaurants and shops are plentiful. The room itself had a very comfortable bed, and was clean and well-appointed. The shower was humorously small, but for a night or two, that was no problem. The hosts are very friendly and attentive and make a...

This was our first trip to MA and we chose to use Falmouth as our base while we visited Martha's Vineyard. This was the best decision because downtown Falmouth was like Mayberry USA. Restaurants, bars, and shops lined the small narrow streets. The inn is located about a five minute walk to downtown and a ten minutes walk to the...

This is a charming BandB, well run, the girl who cooks the breakfasts and makes treats available all day is a 'find'. However please beware of the downstairs bedroom next to the kitchen. The bedroom is delightful but the en suite shower room and loo is so so small. I am 9.8 stone in weight and as a female I...

The establishment is in a great location for day trips to other locations on Cape Cod or just to stay a few nights and enjoy Falmouth itself. The Inn is very well kept and spotlessly clean. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accomodating; our breakfasts (included) were delicious and prepared fresh by our wonderful hostess, Carol, who was also so...

Stayed three nights in this interesting Inn. I believe it has new owners, and it is evident that they are trying hard to bring the property up to standard. We found the ground floor room very noisy and requested a room move. The noise was in no way caused by other guests despite the position being right by the front...

We stayed for four nights, during a tour of New England in October 2015. Good location, easy 5-10 minute walk into the bar/restaurant area of Falmouth. Very large and comfortable bed. Bathroom was fine, albeit small, and with a very small shower cubicle. Breakfast was good, and a good choice on the buffet. Clean and spacious room. The only drawback...

A charming property in a beautiful location just a few minutes walk from Falmouth and within easy reach of the bus terminal for the ferries to Martha's Vineyard. We stayed downstairs in 'The Parlour' which was traditional but extremely comfortable. The home cooked breakfast was scrumptious. The owner was extremely knowledgeable regarding Cape Cod and spent considerable time giving help...

We have stayed at alot of B&B's and the pictures were alittle deceiving for this one. There is a new owner and she has ALOT of work to do to make it better. Major concern was the electrical in the house. We doubt that it is up to code. A bit scarey...Two prong outlets. The beds were queen size and...

Incredibly cozy and comfortable beds ... Was difficult to get out of in the morning!! :-)) The only thing we were disappointed with was the shower. Delicious breakfast ... Wonderful hospitality .... And we loved the location near Woods Hole. Thank you for everything! .

This inn felt like my home away from home! The staff was amazing, they felt like long-lost friends - you know, those people who you meet and instantly think "hmm, we should be friends. Why are we not friends yet?!" The bed was ridiculously comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I walked to the beach every day and became obsessed...
