I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during my trip from New York to Boston. I absolutely loved it here. The location of the hotel over looking the beach and the sea was perfect. I just wanted to sit on the balcony all day, looking out. First thing in the morning, and last thing at night, it was just... More

I needed a bed for the night. I came across this place by chance and was pleasantly surprised. Clean, quick and easy to register. Dedicated parking provided. So all good inside the room - now looking forward to sunrise so I can check the place out further outside!

Booked direct after review in Trip Advisor, as they gave no prices! Excellant choice, waterfront, walk right out on beach. Kitchenette great, beds great, wifi great, tvs could be updated, only because we're sports nuts. We even might go back before they close. The people are great and very helpful, can't say enough!

Arrived on 9/19/216. Drove up from Maryland. Motel is exactly what most reviews revealed. A great location on their private beach. There is a harbor there as well. We had the ocean front 2nd floor room with kitchen consisting of microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, etc. Well worth for ocean view. There is a small balcony it is not... More

This is the best view and best value in Cape Cod/Falmouth. It is an older (dated) motel but that didn't bother me. The beds were very comfortable. The place was quiet, and the scenery was the best. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times of the day & night. I searched for hours and read the reviews... More

We stayed at The Tides this past week and it was great! Our first two nights were on the second floor Room 24 and we didn't think it could get any better. On the third night we moved to the lower level - Room 14 and it did get better. The view is breathtaking and we had fun socializing with... More

I absolutely love it here. My fiancé and I have stayed this past weekend. I went for the first time about a month ago to have a girls weekend, and I immediately wanted to go back. The beach is awesome. It's so nice to be tucked away on an oceanfront family/ couple friendly property. The owners, husband and wife are... More

Pure paradise! The ocean view of Martha's Vineyard as well as all the boats and ferry coming into the marina. Not a bad room in the place! Love the lobster rolls at the cart outside the motel, mouthwatering with every bite! We enjoyed live music from across the harbor as we waited for fireworks sitting on our chairs outside our... Family owned hotel with friendly service. The rooms are in good clean condition. The draw is the excellent location right on the water and next door to a marina. Small clean private beach perfect for sunning and water is nice for a dip. The view is great with Martha's Vineyard across the bay and boats coming and going from the... More

We've stayed 3 times in recent years, and always stayed in a room facing the ocean. My husband can fish right off the rocks and pier pilings at the mouth of the harbor, there's a beach right outside our door, and it's relaxing watching al the boating traffic going in and out. The ferry goes right by too. The room... More
