Serviceable hotel for a great price. Nothing fancy but pleasant front desk staff. Really all you need for a night’s rest when passing through. Always appreciate the included breakfast. TBH definitely could upgrade the coffee.

Hotel's Favourite
Rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel layout is a bit odd. The luggage carts and elevator are at the side entrance and the lobby is in the front, we didn’t know where to park and moved our car 2 x. There is only 1 elevator kinda in the middle of the hotel. Breakfast was very nice. We only stayed for 1night so not much interaction with the staff. There is a 99 restaurant in the same parking lot if you need dinner. The hotel is very charming looking at night. It met our expectations.

HAVE NOT STAYED DUE TO HOTEL CANCELLING (AFTER TAKING FULL PAYMENT MONTHS BEFORE )- I HAVENT EVEN GOT THE AMOUNT I HAD PAID REFUNDED CORRECTLY! I had booked several months ago for Nov 23 and planned on travelling as I will be visiting from the UK. Payment in full taken at the time of booking. One day last week I received a notification of cancellation with a couple of lines saying .....The State of MA is a "Right to Shelter" State & our Hotel is being used to house families in need of shelter. We have to cancel all reservations................ I had checked a few days before and prices had more than doubled in price. The hotel didn't even offer to assist in finding alternative accommodation! Anyone else's rooms been cancelled? I'd be interested to know :)

Dear Guest, We truly apologize for your disappointment regarding your canceled reservation and regret the inconvenience. As notified to you, since Massachusetts is an Emergency Housing State, required to provide housing to homeless families who apply and meet the State’s qualifications for this program, the State has chosen our hotel to participate in this program. We can understand your frustration and once again we apologize on behalf of our hotel. Thank you for the feedback and we wish you safe travels. Sincerely, Margie Smith General Manager

Stayed 1 night after attending a concert at Gillette Stadium. The Inn is a little dated and could use a facelift however, our stay was very enjoyable and everyone we encountered at the Inn was wonderful. The Inn is right off the exit and has a Ninety-Nine Restaurant right there. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Amelia was very pleasant at check-in and made us feel very welcome. The free breakfast was pretty good too. I called ahead of our stay to ask about shuttle services to Gillette and Amy told me all about the Great Woods Shuttle service that we could use to take us to and from the venue. The cost was reasonable considering it saved us from having to take our own vehicle into Gillette which is terrible to get out of after an event. Called Great Woods when we got there and it was awesome. Can't say enough about the helpfulness of the Comfort Inn Staff.

This is a very odd set up with no identifying marks as to where the main entrance is. Where the handicapped parking and the ramp is you would think would be the main entrance. Nope. We found it on the end near the highway. We went to check in and the room wasn't ready (3:00 p.m. check in). It was ready by 3:25. We were told to pull around and park by the ramp, go in, take the elevator to the second floor. By the time we found our room and looked out the window, it was right above the check-in desk. Literally, walk up 2 flights of stairs and we would've been there. Sigh. The room was big, had a little seating area with a tv and a regular bathroom, standard fixtures. The bedroom was as described with a king bed and a big tub. Now, the a/c worked in the sitting room (was in very poor condition - see pic) but the rug was damp all the way around it by about a foot (which we reported to the front desk). The bedroom a/c did not work (and wasn't attached to the wall at one end - see pic). It blew air, but it was not cold by any stretch of the imagination. The bathtub was big (too big if that's possible) but it was still relaxing, until you looked at the ceiling while resting...stains on the ceiling (see pic). Since we were only there for 2 nights, we didn't ask for a different room (besides, at check in the lady said they were very behind on their cleaning so that's why our room wasn't ready) - it would've been more hassle than it was worth. We didn't think the cost of the 2 nights was worth what we got, but that's our mistake. Should've done more research and gotten a more modern place. The continental breakfast was a surprise, in addition to the standard cereal, milk, muffins, there was also waffles, eggs and sausage patties. Three options for juices, plenty of coffee, bagels, toast, english muffins. So pretty good options. The employees we dealt with were nice. It was about 20 minutes from Patriot Place, which is good if you want to be away from the massive crowds that can be there, but not good if you want to have easy access to restaurants, etc. Another plus was the 99 Restaurant in the parking lot. Quick access for an easy dinner. All in all, a 2 1/2 to 3 star place. They really need to do some updating, repairing and painting. We probably wouldn't stay there again.

So very close to the Marilyn Rodman Performing Arts Center (and there was a 99 Restaurant in the parking lot). Clean room, friendly staff, secure building. Definitely my overnight stay place when I am up in Foxborough!

Check in process was smooth but immediately upon entering our room we heard NONSTOP jumping, running, and banging directly over us. It turned out to be a young (maybe 6-7yo?) girl who was in the room above us and was constantly running throughout the hotel making all the noise, including the hotel lobby with no parent in sight. Despite this the front desk didn’t say anything to the girl or parents to make it stop. We went right back to the front desk and told them about the noise and asked for a different room. The gentleman at the desk was helpful in finding a new room on the top floor so at least it was quieter. The hotel is old, outdated, & dilapidated. When you walk through the halls and your room, the floor boards shift, some feeling like they might give way. Even basic painting maintenance seems to be overlooked. The room was acceptably clean but it was hard to get past the holes in walls and ceilings. The AC didn’t work properly. We set it to 67 but it never felt like it got below 75. When the gentleman at the front desk changed our room he mentioned that they just had their one & only elevator fixed as it was broken and non-functioning just prior to our arrival. It worked well the day we arrived but the second day it literally broke again while my son and I were inside. It just stopped suddenly, the doors wouldn’t automatically open, and we had no idea if we were on a floor or between floors. I was able to manually open the doors and luckily we were on the second floor (not our intended destination) to safely exit. When I talked to the front desk about it they nonchalantly said they had it fixed again like nbd it broke with guests inside. We used the stairs for the remainder of our stay even though it was “fixed”…again. There was a guy who seemed to lurk around the hotel throughout our stay. It was hard to tell at first if he was just a creepy guest or part of hotel staff. He seemed to be everywhere, was somewhat disheveled, and had no identifiers (like a name badge) to indicate he was part of hotel staff. Finally we saw him enter a staff-only door behind the desk so it became clear he worked for the hotel (or owns?) but it was enough to add a weirdness to an already terrible stay. The final straw was when my son and I returned to our room mid-day and found our door propped open with no sign of housekeeping working on our room or anyone from hotel staff even on the whole floor. All of our belongings were inside, including my laptop and other valuables. Our door was left open for anyone to walk in and help themselves to our things with no staff present to monitor. It was unclear how long it had been left propped open. We noticed this the day prior-doors on our floor were similarly propped and we could see guests’ belongings inside with no staff present on the floor. I spoke to the front desk and made it clear that NO guest room should be propped without staff actively working on the room or at least there for security. They acted shocked that this would have occurred and told me this wasn’t a common practice of theirs. I made it clear I didn’t want our room opened by housekeeping for the remainder of our stay. The very next day we again witnessed numerous guest rooms propped open with their belongings in view for other guests to access. Clearly this IS absolutely a common practice of theirs despite them feigning shock and it was also clear that me reporting concerns about this went NOWHERE. We gave this hotel a chance based on its 4 star rating but this is NOT a 4 star hotel! Will never stay here again!

Thank you for a wonderful stay in a beautiful room. We were greeted by Amy and she was pleasant and professional. Margie came to say hello which was very nice as well. We were able to check in early in a very convenient room for our stay. We enjoyed the amenities including the gym and hot breakfast. Dinner at the 99 was great too. Stephen was professional and helpful as well. Thank you!

Seriously lacking in everything. The elevator wasn't working. Good luck hiking upstairs. The side door couldn't be opened from the inside. Good luck if there is an emergency evacuation. I have had several fire evacs in the middle of the night at other hotels so I am always aware of the possibility. The toilet was running so I asked if I could get maintenance. Good luck with getting maintenance. There is no one on staff to provide it. There were several sport teams staying the night and fortunately they were kept under control so noise was minimal. Breakfast was as expected-just the basics. And so it went. The guest room wasn't half bad for a $100 hotel but they were price gouging and I either chose to accept the $220 rate or go on my way at a bad time of night. So, this place is not the greatest choice.

This disaster started with a broken elevator, and an elderly lady who needed to take luggage to the 3rd floor. No offer for help at all. We we're told that the elevator was broken for months. Not a good excuse.. Then we had all our belongings stuck in our room because of a broken lock. Three hours of absolute incompetence, we finally got into our room again- at 1 am. They ignored our request for an extra pillow, the rooms were dirty and smelly. This place might be the worst we've ever experienced. And it was expensive.
