My wife and I booked this hotel four months ago. We are doing a tour of New England but were also visiting family nearby. We arrived at the hotel direct from the airport at 6pm U.S. time (11pm U.K. time). The room we were allocated was on the 1st (ground) floor of the Lodge part of the hotel even though...

Guess I now know why - it has changed hands a few times and the outside signage is not evident. My GPS brought me to the rear parking lot with no logical way to find the lobby except by walking around the building by foot. Pleasant and friendly welcome and the room was fine - clean and quiet.

This was our 3rd time at this hotel. However, to our surprise, this property changed hands from Best Western to Magnuson, a chain we've never encountered. Unfortunately, there were no improvements made with the new management. Overall, the hotel has a tired, run-down appearance. The room we had desperately needed new décor and furniture. The outside entry door lock did...

I needed a hotel near the route of the Boston Marathon and was shocked by the Boston prices. The Magnuson was very convenient to the route, and very easy to find. My room was immaculate and well appointed for the price. I was impressed with the good linens, pillows and towels. Every employee I met was very friendly and helpful....

The first night was alright. Other then the carpet (which looked dirty or stained) the room looked okay, I was visiting a friend in ICU at the hospital, so I woke early and left in the morning without a shower. I did leave the card saying no need to change my bed because I would be staying a second night....

I wanted a basic night locally to visit my son at Northeastern. After getting sticker shock at places closer (250+), I found this. It sort of looks like something built in the 60's. Really basic layout. It is dreary but clean. It is a room. Very convenient to Route 9 and I-90 and the surrounding area. Its a hike into...

We ended up booking this hotel last minute after housekeeping at a prior hotel went through our stuff and we left. We were greeted by a female employee who had a big smile and greeted me as I entered. She noticed we were a couple and had booked double beds. She asked if that was okay and we're like oh...

This former Ho-Jo's property is being well run by the new owners. This is an older property, yet the rooms are clean & affordable in an area where hotels are expensive. The room furnishings had been updated, it is a great location and offers a complimentary breakfast. Having grown up in this area, I have stayed at other budget hotels...

We stayed at the Framingham hotel for the majority of our stay while visiting other areas. We did enjoy our stay here to a point. We had good points and bad points about the hotel, so here they are: Good points: - 5th floor bedroom was quiet, comfortable, big, and clean. -The bathroom/restroom was very clean and the shower was...

We had a large room and comfortable bed. We arrived after dark and had a little trouble finding the office (hotel's name change was in process) and the building where our room was located.
