Chris and Barb are wonderful hosts. The house has so much charm and is very inviting. We felt welcome and we're able to relax from our busy lives. I had a special dietary plan and they graciously accommodated breakfast for me. We would definitely recommend this bed and breakfast. We also will stay there again in the future.

A cozy parlor with a roaring fireplace. Spacious, well-appointed rooms with comfortable four-poster beds. And a caretaker couple who will make you feel right at home. When you picture a classic New England Inn, this is it. This was my second time staying at the Wainwright Inn and I will be coming back again next year. Oh, and Barb's breakfasts...

We are still enjoying the memories of our overnight visit to the Wainwright. The owners went out of their way to make us feel at home including allowing us to entertain our son and his partner in front of the fire, accommodating our food preferences, and letting us peek in the rooms to choose where we will be staying on...

I stayed here this weekend with my wife and we were very happy with Wainwright Inn. The location was excellent, a 3 minute drive to the center of town. The Inn had plenty of parking and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the two owners were extremely accommodating. They provided great recommendations for restaurants and activities in...

This was our first stay at the Wainwright Inn - an overnight to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary. Barb and Chris were warm and welcoming but never intrusive, offering suggestions for dinner and other offerings around town. The inn was so cozy and quiet, wine was available in front of the warm fireplace on a chilly night, coffee, tea and...

We've visited the Wainwright Inn for many years. Two years ago, the owners we knew - the Teppers - sold it to Chris & Barb Kulaga, and we just came back from an overnight with them. They made us feel so welcome! When we returned from dinner, Chris set a roaring fire in the living room and offered us port...

This is the second time that we've stayed at the Wainwright Inn and we will keep coming back. Chris and Barb are wonderful proprietors and have kept up this beautiful property. They put in a brand new heating/cooling system which works really well. Breakfast was delicious on both days as are the cookies served in the afternoon. The Wainwright Inn...

Walking distance to amazing restaurants and theatre. Barb and Peter are remarkable hosts with charm and knowledge of the area. They accommodate any dietary asks while managing to serve a gourmet breakfast with homemade sweets. They even refill your coffee and great water pitchers AT your table. Homemade sweets and coffee/tea 24/7 + sherry. Farm 2 table as they grow...

I consider myself a pretty seasoned traveler, but there’s always another trick and a new lesson to be learned. New twists, turns and slopes to be negotiated…. Even when one imagines a smooth journey awaits the “experienced”, something comes along and slashes the fun out of the anticipation of a nice trip ahead ~ I made a reservation with the...

Very long review and doesn't seem like it is for us, even the names are correct. All the information in the review about the cancellation and the refund is incorrect. The customer booked room on June 15th and canceled the reservation on June 27. The same day we made a refund (minus $25.00 cancellation fee) back to the customer's credit...
