My daughter and I spent one night there last weekend (06 September) - room number one. It was nicely appointed, very clean, quiet, comfortable beds, bedding and towels. Ample parking. Like visiting someone's very nice home. We did not stay for breakfast, feeling a bit shy/awkward about joining a table full of boisterous happy people who seemed to be together....

This was just what we were looking for! It is in an old Victorian style neighborhood within walking distance of town. The property is extremely well maintained, considering it is over 100 years old, it is very clean and updated, but still feels like an old Victorian! It felt like "home", our room and bathroom were small, but not uncomfortable...

Very nice and very well kept, all the rooms and common areas were very nice with plenty of outdoor areas for those nice days. I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning, not a lot but good quality continental breakfast food. The neighborhood is also very nice and enjoyed walking around.

We recently stayed there for eight days to send our son to a private school near Greenfield. The hotel is beautiful and comfy. The garden is also very nice. Breakfast was delicious and there were many varieties to choose from. The hotel is located in a nice neighbourhood and close to downtown where there are many restaurants. Staff are friendly...

My only complaint about this place is that I only had one night to stay here. We were in town for a marathon close by. We were so lucky to have found this house. The property is beautifully maintained and incredibly hospitable. We were warmly welcomed and shown to our room. King Bed....Huge room.....and cozy large bathroom. I did not...

We chose this property on the Internet because it was head and shoulders above the competition, but still your never convinced till you've seen it in person and we were certainly not dissapointed. The detail to attention was outstanding from the manicured garden to the internal decoration Sean really knows what he's doing. The welcome was warm and friendly and as...

This is a really beautiful house in a neighborhood with lots of other beautiful houses. It is impeccably decorated and maintained, but still has the historic feel that we love. Perfect size room for our family group (two rooms with connected bath). The staff was very accommodating and we loved out trip to Historic Deerfield, which is a short drive...

We enjoyed our two night stay and it was nice to talk with the staff and the other guests. Beautyfull garden and romantic house. We enjoyed relaxing in the sunroom. The a/c is central and we found it at bit cold in the nights. As you are staying in rooms in a house, you can expect to hear other guests...

This is a well cared for B&B in a great Greenfield location. Our room was very comfortable and clean. It was hot the day we arrived and the central AC was a welcome relief. It's an easy walk to downtown where there are many restaurants to choose from. Breakfast was well prepared and presented. Thanks to our host Sean -...

My girlfriends and I stayed at Brandt House while we were in Charlemont to go white water rafting. The house is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed a glass of wine on the beautiful, large porch and breakfast was delicious. Be sure to check out the red chairs on the second floor sun...
