What we liked a lot: the location and the staff. The Main Street and the harbor is very close, there are plenty of different restaurants around. The staff was very kind and helpful, they even suggested to bring our luggage upstairs as there was no elevator. The furniture looks quite old but the bathroom is modern, and everything is clean. What we didn't...

Near the cosy harbour and right in the centre of Hyannis. You can have a nice stroll from here through Hyannis, the park and harbour. It's clean and very reasonably priced for the area. Staff is very very friendly: one morning I catched some breakfast for the children who were still asleep and had hot tea. The girl from the...

First time Hyannis Travel Inn stay while in town for the Melissa Etheridge concert at the Cape Cod Melody Tent with my girlfriend. Very pleased with our choice! The hotel staff was fantastic! Everyone was super helpful and friendly, special shout out to Patrick who checked us in, helped with restaurant recommendations and offered to help with our bags. The...

Having never been to Cape Cod before, we found this and booked 1 night. After check in, we booked 2 more nights. Staff beyond helpful and friendly. They called you by name, and could not do enough for you. No Tipping! They would not accept any tips (and we insisted). No way....it's the policy! Location Location Location. Steps to Main...

My daughter and I stayed at Hyannis Travel Inn last month. I truly cannot say enough good things about it. It is an very well managed business. Every employee we came in contact with could not have been more helpful and welcoming. One nite our rental car broke and after much frustration with Enterprise we found out that a new...

Stayed here w/ family last week in August. We had three rooms and they managed to cluster them together. The grandkids loved having two pools (indoor and outdoor). Continental breakfast is by the indoor pool and it was too hot/steamy to stay inside to eat, but we could sit at tables outside. By "basic" facility, I mean it was clean,...

We stayed 3 nights in August 2015. As it turns out this hotel has no elevators, but the staff was very helpful with the luggage. Also materials are very cheap: this sheets and towels and a nasty brown stain in the tub (probably rust). Breakfast is nice with a lot of pastries, but is served in plastic plates and cutlery,...

We stayed here for a few nights during a visit to Cape Cod. Not knowing the area at all we took a punt on this hotel. It's located one block from the main street which is full of shops and restaurants that stay open late into the evening and a short walk from the harbour. It's not the smartest place...

I just recently stayed at Hyannis Travel Inn. This hotel was a great value and had an excellent staff of friendly and helpful employees. Cliff checked us in and was able to answer all of our questions about Hyannis. We had never been to Hyannis before (or Cape Cod in general) so he pulled out a map and gave us...
