The location of this property is ideal and that is what warrants the high price of the rooms. Apparently they think that is enough to suffice and feel no need to update the unattractive old green carpets, curtains, crack in the sink, etc. We thought we had booked a harbor view room, but were facing the parking lot with no...

We stayed here on business for one night. I booked our stay before I looked at the reviews. I called the hotel expressing my concern about the reviews. They were very kind and informative. We decided to upgrade to the harbor view king/Jacuzzi room because we wanted the best view. Our room was very clean, very comfortable, and was everything...

Good location in Hyannis harbor, right across from ferry going out to the islands. Easy walking distance to Main Street eateries. Plenty of parking available. Hotel, itself, is not very attractive. Hallway carpeting is worn and appears to be dirty and probably should be replaced. We have a king size room which was very spacious, comfortable bed and clean. So...

The marketing blurb says this is an upscale hotel and it most certainly isn't!! It is extremely 'tired' with worn smelly carpets and looks like it all needs a serious renovation. The room was large but quite weird in that the bathroom sink was in the main room with only the toilet and shower in a separate area. Everything we...

Billed as upscale hotel, this is everything but upscale. Our DELUXE queen room was basic and had a delightful view of the car park, the skip and the rubbish bins. The bathroom, set up a little like an open plan kitchenette, came with the added extras of other people's body hair, the aircon smelled like a wet dog, the public...

The hotel has strong points such as the location right on Hyannis Harbor and walk to town center. The outdoor area is surprisingly upscale with a pool, bar and restaurant fire pit and conversation areas. There are hammocks and a giant chess set. On the other hand the rooms are dated. The rooms are quiet even on the weekend with...

Where do I start...after reading other reviews here I was cautiously optimistic on our stay, not knowing what to expect. Upon check in, the older male behind the desk was polite, but not overly friendly. Plus he did not supply us with the wifi password, which was ok because my Verizon hot spot was a better connection. We had a...

This Hotel has a great website that shows the outdoor areas to perfection, as any good website should do. And the outdoor areas really are pretty. Location is top notch - right in the harbour - within easy walking of Main Street Hyannis. I think this hotel/motel has recently had an upgrade - carpets, furniture, lobby . . . I...

This hotel is older, well located, with a very nice staff. Free wi-fi, not secure. I had a minor plumbing problem which was fixed right away. My room overlooked the beautifully landscaped central courtyard with pool, firepit and a restaurant. Rooms are reached by decks and Adirondack chairs are located so guests can leave their rooms and sit out. I...

This hotel is in a lovely part of Cape Cod, at Hyannis. It is opposite the Harbour where you can get a boat to Nantucket Island or Martha's Vineyard. It has a very nice restaurant and a swimming pool, also a lovely outdoor log fire with a seating area around it. The rooms are good, with all the facilities you...
