I just stayed one night at the b&b in August. I was in the area at a nearby venue for a wedding and the location was just perfect. The hospitality from Frank and Johanne as everyone has already mentioned was absolutely outstanding. The room was beautifully appointed with country style and flair and I had an incredible night of well...

We recently spent 4 nights at the Rogers and Brown House for a last-minute getaway to Cape Ann, and were extremely pleased with our experience. We enjoy staying in B&B's, but during the summer months everything in Cape Ann books up very quickly, and what is available is super-expensive. I was thrilled therefore to find this property in Ipswich and...

We selected Rogers and Brown because it looked nice and in period as well as being well located in Ipswich for our trip up the coast. Well the B&B building certainly looked the part, however it was when inside you saw just how well Frank and Johanne had lovingly and brilliantly furnished the house in period fixtures and fittings. The...

If ever there was a Bed & Breakfast that epitomized the flavor of New England, the Rogers and Brown house is the place! The furnishings were awesome, the breakfasts...delicious and served with care, and the hosts, well what more can I say that was not already said? Frank and Johanne felt like family. They made us feel comfortable from the...

Our weekend at the Rogers and Brown house was just right. The B&B is very warm and inviting. The full breakfast was great and the innkeepers were very welcoming and informative. The amenities were perfect such as bathroom, fireplace in room, soft robes to use, and much more. The bed was very comfortable and every thing was done to perfection....

This is a terrific B&B on the edge of Ipswich, MA. The breakfasts were truly gourmet, and the hosts very accommodating. We stayed 2 weekend nights, and would certainly return. It is a short 15min walk to town, with enough good eating places to choose from. The room was comfortable and the location very quiet. The only caution would be...

My husband and I had a wedding to attend at the Crane Estate on June 30 and although the guests were staying in Newburyport we wanted to stay in Ipswich because we love Crane's beach and wanted to take advantage of it before the wedding. I knew we were going to have a great stay when I spoke to Frank...

The Rogers and Brown House is an historic home that is lovely and well appointed. The room I was in was comfortable and cozy. The common rooms are welcoming, unlike some B&B's where I'd feel uncomfortable using them. The breakfast was amazing with fresh fruit, great coffee and a delicious, and different entree each day. The innkeepers Frank and Johanne...

My husband and I stayed here on Christmas Eve And Christmas Day while spending the holidays with relatives. While we did not stay there throughout the day or evenings, we enjoyed the inn and the room. We had a working fireplace which made it very cozy for bundling under the wonderfully soft linens and cuddling while we read. We booked...
