My partner and I first discovered this charming, Guilded Age Mansion-turned hotel in June of 2018 while visiting Lenox during the bustling season of tourism and activity. This property offers an intimate, yet still close to town, retreat for an afternoon refreshment at The Green

I’ve have had the pleasure of staying at Kemble Inn a half a dozen time over the past three years – and always have a wonderful time. My partner and I enjoy smaller, upscale, boutique properties and Kemble always delivers. If you’re a fan of deliberate interior design and care

The property is worn out, centrally located, but not beautifully situated. The service is passable, the amenities not impressive. Either pay a little more and stay in one of the real luxury properties or pick a local bed and breakfast that will likely execute better than here

This review is vague on details, unhelpful, and thankfully extends an overall opinion that is in the fringe minority. But we are still sorry.

Hi, does your establishment have air conditioning? Thanks, Amy
Amy, I was there in the winter, so I don't know. Why not just call Kemble Inn directly? (Sorry I can't be more helpful!) It's a great spot, right in the center of town, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Wonderful hospitality. Call them! 413.637.4113

"We were in 102, but ask for one with a fireplace if you're there in the winter. Also, the steam sauna in our room was very nice."
"Call and book directly with the hotel and they'll upgrade you to a better room, if available."
"We stayed in #204 - amazing view, great bathroom and comfy king bed."
"Only one room has a tub (bath)"
"The rooms on the second floor are a little more luxurious - however our less expensive room on the third floor was great value."
