We were driving through Lenox and came across a good looking motel, so we decided to check it out. We recieved free wifi and breakfast, which included fresh waffles. It's a great area to be around in the spring time, as is the location of the motel. They were very friendly and welcoming and helpful when we asked about dining....

Don't ever stay at this hotel. Very dirty, poor customer service and poor accomodation. The AC and heating unit not working, the BR commode yellowish in color, the key pad not working. We did not have a key to enter the room, the owner has to unlock the door every time we have to enter. The lights in the room...

Visited the Berkshires during January 2012. Off season, it was a delight to see the mountains, during a beautiful snow event, with the luxury of NO CROWDS! The Econo Lodge is well located and only 10 minutes from almost anything you want to do in this area, including the Norman Rockwell museum, Kirpalu, and lots of hiking. The rates were...

My experience was I was stranded in Lenox in a horrible snowstorm and could not find a place to stay because I was traveling with 2 cats. I finally saw a bright Econo Lodge sign and stopped the car at the foot of the driveway - I wasn't sure I could drive the car up the hill, and the snow...

I was pleasantly surprised at the large room size. The window looked out onto lovely lawn and pool. The location was central to all sights. The rooms were extremely clean and the service very pleasant.

We come here and stay at this hotel all the time, only because they have a extremly friendly and wonderful staff. They always try to make our stay welcoming and comfortable. It is an older hotel, but it is very clean and they have comfy beds.

This is not a luxury hotel, but it has everything you want: central, convenient, accessible location, very close to Tanglewood and area restaurants and shopping, attentive and excellent service, convenience, cleanliness, attention to details, and functionality -- everything works perfectly. Excellent value. The owner's presence (friendly and highly intelligent) at all times makes all the difference. No nonsense, businesslike. My...

Having stayed here before, we were prepared for clean and adequate accommodations with pool. Unfortunately, the owners have failed to keep up their property. Both our initial room, as well as the room we transferred to at 12:40 am, smelled unbearably musty. Our initial room lacked face towels. The air conditioning was minimal and ineffective, and the safe did not...
