    pleasantly surprised

    was kind of hesitant because it was 1 of the older motels.BUT it was a large spacious room with fridge, microwave and a safe. very clean and comfortable. the rate was the lowest of our entire trip. would stay again

    I am shocked and dismayed by the undiplomatic (to say the least) response in broken English to a potentially valued client, and will try to get an explanation from the HJ manager when I stay there once again this summer.

    Hello, well I looked it up on Map Quest and the Center of Lenox is 2 and a half miles for the Hotel about 4 mins. And Tanglewood is a little under 4 miles and 6 mins to get there. Hope I helped.
