The Inn is a lovely restored Victorian home, the Inn keeper was warm and friendly, she made us feel immediately welcome. My mother and I stayed in the Emily Dickinson room which has two twin beds and a shared bathroom. The rooms were immaculate & smelled of lavender. The breakfast was tasty with yogurt & granola, a homemade sweet egg...

This is a real gem. A historical house perfectly maintained and very comfortable. Room was good size and beautifully furnished. Breakfast was excellently presented and included fruit, yogurt and granola and home made finnish pancakes. Very welcoming. Only short walk to restaurants and bars in north adams. Off road parking.

I stayed here one night because I was going to a concert at MassMoCa. The Inn is within a short walking distance to MassMoCa. The home is lovely and my room was cozy and immaculate. I shared a bath with an adjoining room and even that was easy. Susan, the owner, is delightful. I left early without having a full...

We stayed in North Adams to be near the Clark. We were a bit disappointed with North Adams. It is a town that has seen better days. They are however trying to start an art community. Not much was open on a Saturday night. However, this b&b was a pleasant surprise. Sue was hospitable and overall, very welcoming. The rooms...

A group of us (2 couples and a single) stayed at the Inn last weekend. It is a lovely old and tastefully restored building with large airy rooms. It was absolutely pristine and immaculate. The breakfast of fruit, yoghurt, granola, and Finnish pancakes was scrumptious. And great strong coffee. Susan, thanks for making our stay so comfortable.

We stayed for three nights in October 2013 and had a great time: The house itself is wonderfully refurbished, well decorated and spotlessly clean; the breakfasts were yummy and were served within a lovely wood panelled room; and the inn keepers (we met both the inn keepers and the owner during our stay) were very generous with their time whilst...

Enjoyed our stay here at The Inn on East Main. Loved getting to eat breakfast and share conversation with other guests. Was the one of the highlights of our trip to New England. Comfortable room, large, very clean bathroom, and great food. Thanks so much for starting out trip to the Northeast off just right.

Recently enjoyed a long weekend at this B&B, overall had a nice stay at this beautifully maintained inn. . This is a new B&B opening early this year. We received two outstanding breakfasts with plenty of food available. The inn is on a hill over looking downtown North Adams. Restaurants, locally based businesses, galleries, churches, and Mass Moca all any...

We had an excellent experience, the inn is beautifully restored and decorated, stately and comfortable. We had a large room for ourselves, with our teenagers in a room through an adjoining bathroom. Everything was new, and clean. Kim was very welcoming, providing cold water and delicious cookies for the kids. The breakfast was outstanding. Easy walk downtown with nice restaurants...

This Victorian era inn is recently renovated, beautifully decorated, and we had a comfy bed and a spacious private bathroom. What makes this lovely house a home is its host, Kim, who gave us a warm greeting and excellent advice for the best area eateries. It turned we didn't need to step out the door for the best meal of...

“walt whitman room has nice view of downtown and distant hills”
ball82, 16 Sep 2013 | Read review
“We enjoyed a very restful sleep, even when some local teens were practicing some night-skating in the neighboring parking lot but if you are more sensitive to noise, consider the cooler, shaded Charles Darwin room. The Walt Whitman room is bright which is nice for early mornings but can make for more heat if that bothers you.”
