Pretty basic spot. Rooms were spacious and clean which is all we were looking for. Like I said very clean however I think the rooms could benefit from newer comforters. They look like they are from the eighties. I think an update would really help out the appeal of the room. Everything else is great, good location on rte 6....

Yes, we took our doghters on a vk to experience the ocean 😀 All readers of this who went "aww, how sweet!" Must be dog lovers like my family. Even if you don't bring your dog to p-town, you will be very happy with these accommodations. We had a room with a deck, which I highly recommend - they are...

We checked in to the Outer Reach on a Sunday afternoon. We were pleasantly surprised by our room. We rented a room with a water view with deck. It had two double beds. The views were spectacular morning, noon and night. You could see all the way to Provincetown overlooking Cape Cod Bay. Sparkling water, two light houses, boats, parasailing,...

I go to the area for8 days every July. It is an older resort, but kept unto date. Microwave, fridge and coffee maker in every room. I don't think I have seen a more personable sat fin all my travels. Beautiful scenery, hiking trails, dog park and swimming pool. Very pet friendly, right down to a basket of "biscuits" on...

This motel did a great job of being pet friendly. Additionally, the staff was extremely friendly and the motel offered a very nice view of the water. With that being said the rooms were average and the pool was small but we didn't spend much time in either so it wasn't so important. Location was decent. Close to the beach...

First off the positives....amazing sunsets seen from private deck. Very peaceful, well kept grounds. Outdoor pool was incredibly refreshing. Picnic tables and swings throughout grounds. Now for the negatives. The lobby upon arrival is lack luster and very dated and dirty. Needs color and a major overhaul. Part of the floor in room 60 is on a noticeable slant and...

Inadequate lock and no chain on the door. Ants. Smell of mildew in the room. Other guests were given our same room for their late arrival and they freely entered our room at 5am. Entire place looks run down and badly in need of updating.

My girlfriend and I were in town for a wedding and I booked an extra night outside of Provincetown to surprise her with an engagement ring. The resort is in the process of updating the rooms. We had our dog in tow, so we stayed in a "pet friendly/retro" section of the resort. They provided a coffee maker, microwave and...

Quiet, friendly, a great place to sit back, relax and watch the sunset. Not sure who enjoyed themselves the most us or our furbaby.. Stayed last year in September for 2 nights, just booked our return visit only this time a couple of days longer.

My friend and I stayed here with our two boys for an overnight. We were unhappy to see how old and out-of-date the hotel was. Rusty bathroom fixtures, older dilapidated furniture, and the most appalling smell of urine when entering our room. We had an end unit, and I'm assuming people would bring their pets to urinate in the dirt/bushes....
