Very clean room, great housekeeping every day, wonderful information and hospitality from the Knowles family, beautiful grounds, great central location to all things on Cape Cod, especially the wonderful bike trails. Unbelievable value which left us money to eat out! Definitely try Karoo's restaurant in Eastham for a different and fantastic dining experience- South African cuisine!

If you want cheap and cheerful, look no further. Small, clean, friendly. Not sure I'd want to spend more than a couple of days in one of these motel units, because it can get claustrophobic, but they're perfect for a night or two on a budget. Some of these places on the Cape can be gross. Others are grossly expensive....

My family and I stayed in the 2 BR cottage the first week of June, which is the off-season on the Cape. It was really lovely. The grounds were clean and quiet. The cottage was very quaint. I suppose one could say they it was dated, but then, so am I. One doesn't go out to Cape Cod for an...

We stayed in the smallest cottage, which was also the least expensive so that worked for us. The cottages are very dated and could use some upgrades, but everything worked and we were comfortable, and the price was right. And it was clean too, and quite cute. We really liked the many windows, which allowed for nice cross breezes (we...

The rating scale makes it difficult to rate appropriately. While I think our stay wasn't exactly average, it wasn't exactly poor either- you just get what you pay for a cheaper motel stay, with few amenities and not as nice accommodations. What I liked: Motel is cute, pool is clean and nice, price was right. What I didn't like: The...

OLDE CAPE COD is not for everyone, but we like it that way. Our lodging facility, established in 1924, reflects and maintains the authenticity of a by-gone era of "Olde Cape Cod". We are not, and do not wish to be "chain-like" facility. To maintain the architectural style, some of the rooms are smaller but quite comfortable and functional. Later...

We just returned from a wonderful 4 night stay in Motel Room #1 at Ridgewood. When I initially booked our room back in April, there was a small hiccup in the reservation (we were booked for 5 nights in a double bed room instead of 4 nights in a Queen room). I emailed the management team, Agnes found the error,...

We were warmly greeted upon our arrival. This warmth and attention to detail extended throughout our 3 day stay. The grounds were beautifully landscaped. Family-friendly activities included a pool, fire ring and a barbecue. The motel rooms were beautifully decorated with many details that reminded one of home. The location was ideal for exploring the lower and outer Cape.

I have stayed at this place twice and I am never disappointed! I love the homey feel and the location. They have a nice pool and fire pit. In the morning they have fresh coffee and pastries. I left my pillow pet there and thought it was a gone. I got home from work and they mailed it to me...

We stayed in Cottage 15 which was like a Studio Apartment type Cottage. We requested a roll away twin cot and it was brought to us asap - which was very comfortable. The first half of our stay was with my Mother, my 2 year old and myself. The 2nd half of the week was with my Husband, 2 year...

We stayed in room 11 of the motel. We usually stay in hotel chains so my daughter was a bit dismayed at what she saw - a very outdated room that does have its own charms. There are lots of pluses to staying here - the owners have true pride in ownership and love the cape, rooms are clean with...
