Hotel's Favourite
Hilton to me is always a good stay. Rooms are excellent with good bed and bathrooms and facilities to sit as well as lie on bed. The hotel has a small restaurant which we used for breakfast and this was included as was parking. Good stay only regret is just one night. Great staff too made a good stop for Plymouth

My friends and I stayed at this property during our visit to Plymouth for a weekend getaway, and the accommodations were nothing short of excellence!
Given the current pandemic, the first thing I noticed upon entering the property was that they were very well prepared in ensuring the safety of their guests as well as employees. There were signs posted everywhere, promoting social distancing, multiple sanitizer stations and all employees were wearing masks.
Not only does this property have a well executed plan to ensure guest safety, but their staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as pleasant as can be given our current state. The staff were very knowledgeable of the area. This was my first time visiting Plymouth and they were able to provide me with many recommendations of activities/places to visit during my stay.
They made my first visit to Plymouth very memorable. I will definitely come back!

What an amazing experience we had at the Hilton. In the midst of everything going on in the world I needed a little escape with my children and this was just the perfect place to do so. The place was very clean and had every safety measure in place throughout the hotel which really set my mind at ease. The grounds were beautiful and the location was superb, miles away from some of the most gorgeous beaches we had ever seen. The staff went above and beyond for us making sure we felt welcomed and had every possible accommodation that was needed. I have been in plenty of hotels but this by far was my best experience and I would recommend this Hilton to anyone I know. Thank you Hilton ❤️

The minute we pulled into the parking lot, there was a drunk guest urinating on the dumpster on the side of the hotel. Then as we were getting our stuff out of the car, another drunk man opened the door for us and started rambling about politics.
So-it didn't start all that well. When we did arrive at the front desk, the staff was actually very friendly. The location of the hotel was convenient and has plenty of dining establishments, stores and close proximity to downtown Plymouth as well as the Colony shops. However, the second night we were there, we were woken up at 2am from very loud guests sitting out on the table directly in front of our hotel room. We were on the second floor...they were on the ground level outside. They were extremely loud. Woke up my husband, myself and our son. I called down the front desk to see if they could possibly ask them to quiet down at such a late hour. The front desk answered and the guy was making excuses the whole time saying they were guests and he can't really do anything about it. Then he proceeded to tell me he had 40 people in the lobby for a muslim convenition and they don't go to sleep until 3-4am. I'm not sure why that had anything to do with my call...but he was not very helpful or understanding. As guests, I would have thought he would atleast go out and request that they move inside or quiet down a bit as other guests in the hotel were trying to sleep at 2am. I did provide feedback when the auto email came after our stay and the management emailed back with a generic email. He asked if there was anything he could do. I did tell him we were going to try another Hilton Garden Inn in PA that night and it would be nice to have that room complimentary or some sort of discounted rate. I replied 5 minutes after that email came through and it's now 5 days later and I still have no response. Basically, I would not recommend this hotel with the experience I had with disturbance and how it was NOT handled, as well as the lack of response from management when asked for feedback.

My fiancee and I stayed at the Hilton garden Inn in plymouth MA for 8 days over the New year holiday. It was intended to be a 2 stay while waiting to move into our new apartment. We our both from the area and have stayed everywhere in town at least once. Including more expensive hotels. This is our third stay and we are now more sure then ever that we will never stay (nor recommend) anyplace else anywhere on the south shore. The two front desk agents we had the most interactions with were Laurie and Tracey. They are both friendly, welcoming and have no problem going out of their way to accomadate any questions, requests or opinions/advice we needed. The hotel itself is gorgeous and was tastefully decorated for the holidays. We stayed in room 330, standard one king bed. They have all cable channels and also HBO. The heated pool and hot tub area were kept spotlessly clean, as is the rest of the hotel. They dont have room service, however they're linked up with the 99 restaurant accross the street so you can order room service through the restaurant and have it brought directly to your room. They have an amazing hot breakfast too. Its not included in the price of the room but is every bit worth the $11.95. Made to order omelets and pancakes along with belgian waffles, a variety of cold cereals, bagels, toast, english muffins, yogurt with any topping you can imagine. We were lucky enough to meet Will who is the host/waiter for breakfast. He is friendly, funny and quite enjoyable to talk with while getting your breakfast. He is over to fill your coffee cup before you have to ask thats for sure. We absolutely love the hilton garden inn and wont be staying anywhere else. Again huge thanks to Laurie, Tracey and Will.

I am really unsure how to review this hotel, the rooms were great and the staff was great and friendly
However Im not sure what was covid related or the hotel just being cheap. This was a Hilton so sort of expected Hilton service.
The Breakfast was just a few pastries, they could have served some more items, I don't know if this was covid related or not, I did stay at other Hlton properties on this trip and they had better Breakfast options. I was at a different Hilton that you were served a hot breakfast (They served it to you) and another Hilton that had more items like Fruit which they did not have. I was at a Super 8 this summer and even they gave a better breakfast than this Hilton did
The Hot tub was also closed, I was told they were going to expand the gym, but that was stalled because of Covid in March, Since it was stalled they could have just opened the Hot tub for now until they were going to begin construction. The Hot Tub is an important part of my trips. The Pool was open, but its not the Hot tub.
So Im not sure if the Breakfast and Hot tub issues were corona related or related to the management just being cheap

Dear Howardform, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us regarding your visit. We take our guests comments and concerns very seriously. Regarding our hot tub we are currently in the process of removing it however since COVID has slowed our construction hot tubs in Massachusetts are still not allowed to be open per governors orders and I thank you for your understanding at this time. Our restaurant is temporarily closed and typically we charge $11.95 for breakfast but we are happy to be able to offer a complimentary cold grab and go breakfast at this time for our guests. Again thank you for your feedback and we hope to see you in the future. If I can be of any further assistance to you please contact me directly at 508-830-0200 extension 606.

We stayed here while visiting historical sites in the area. The room was very clean, nicely appointed and the beds was most comfy. Shower was nice and hot and the hotel was quiet. It's in a good location, too. This hotel doesn't include breakfast which was disappointing at first. However they do have an onsite restaurant and that was great for breakfast. They had a wonderful selection of breakfast items and the price was very reasonable for what we got. We were expecting it to be more expensive so that was a pleasant surprise. The staff were all very friendly, too.

We booked the Hilton hoping to spend time with family for a wedding. Two days before arrival we were told they overbooked and sent us to their sister hotel The Hampton Inn in Plymouth.
This was definitely a downgrade! I have the Hilton app and on our way to Plymouth we got an alert that our room was ready. We planned on going by to see our new granddaughter before checking in, but decided to unload luggage first. When we arrived at the Hampton I went in to check in, my husband unloaded the car. I was rudely met with “your room is not ready”, I told her I got an alert that it was ready. She replied again rudely, “your room is not ready”. Meanwhile my husband is coming into the lobby with everything! We had to reload the car and proceeded to see my granddaughter. Check in was supposed to be at 3, at 4:30 we still was not notified so we called. They again said, the room was not ready, at this point I wasn’t even sure we were going to have a room. We finally got a room around 5;30! During our stay I overheard two separate customers asking for toilet paper, they were each handed a box of tissues and told he would try and find some. As soon as they left the lobby he went back to just talking with a colleague. No concern to find toilet paper! They next day when we arrived at the Hilton, again dealing with loading and unloading luggage, we went to the restaurant to pick up some lunch. The restaurant was closed! Again no notification that this was closed. We would have picked something up on our way there. Because of switching hotels it was now time to get ready for the wedding. Tired and hungry was not the way we planned on attending this wedding that we looked forward to for over a year of being postponed. I’m not sure I will trust a Hilton again.
I will add they did not charge us for the first night and provided a conference room in case our room was not ready. But the aggravation we endured was not worth a free night! I would have preferred to pay full price and have the room I booked well in advance. There is no excuse for overbooking!

Staying at this hotel is a very disappointing experience. I thought the Hilton name implied a certain level of quality but I am mistaken. Based on my stay, I will not patronize Hilton hotels in the future! We have been here three nights and have not had any type of housekeeping. We are out of tissues and toilet paper. Fresh towels are almost impossible to obtain. We have asked the staff at the front desk several times for someone to tend our room and have been met with blank stares....no promises of meeting our requests or apologies for the lack of service. Do not stay here

I am a lifetime diamond member and I booked a handicapped room with roll in the shower. I am handicapped and need the easiest access for bathing. They did accommodate that and I was put in one of those rooms. Check in was smooth and quick and pleasant. The room is very dated. The beds were horrible, old mattresses and very broken down. The office chair to sit on was broken. The wall socket by the left window sparked when we tried to use it. The lamps between the beds only one worked. There was something attached to the bathroom door to make it stick on the floor and it kept getting stuck and then we could not close the bathroom door and in turn could not get out of the room door. Took a lot of effort to close that door. The next day at breakfast the young man was very nice but being very busy made him a bit nervous. We ordered off the menu and were told they had no pancakes, no waffles and no potatoes because they were busy on saturday and no one restocked. We ordered the 2 egg breakfast and asked for another egg. The waiter wrote it up as a 3 egg omelette over easy and scrambled. The very angry and not friendly cook yelled out what is a 3 egg omelette over easy! I was getting toast and explained what the orders were and she snapped at me that it's $2.00 extra for an extra egg. I said I Don't care it's fine. But no potatoes and you are charging extra for one egg. Plus the difference between a 2 egg breakfast and a 3 egg omelette on the menu is one dollar. Not a very good experience at all. I assume it's because I book with points. Never again. We stayed in this same hotel last year and it was great. Not sure what has happened but never again.
