What can I say, this is my company’s go to hotel when we stay in Plymouth. What I love about this hotel the most is their crew. Lyndsay the assistant GM and her staff never fail to welcome me when I show up. They know who I am and never fail to smile when I come thru the door. This week, I got bumped up to a suite without requesting it.

Of course I will be back!

Thank you for your review. I am happy that you have continued great stays with us. I love to have repeat guests and always try to make them feel like they are coming back home. I am happy that you liked the upgrade to a suite, sometimes it is the nice, unexpected surprises we are able to do as a thank you to our guests. We look forward to the chance to welcome you back again the next time you are in our area.

Hilton Honors App - keyless door entry is game changer and checking in and out is easy. Gives you your room number so you just go to your room when you arrive bypassing the front desk.

Common areas could or should be cleaner like elevator common area rugs and lounge area (dusty).

Fitness center didn’t have clean towels. TV wasn’t working.

Lots of cleaning procedures and messaging. Sanitizer station everywhere. Including individual wipes provided in room.

Room have been upgraded. Fresh look. Bed lights did not work or get fixed. There was discoloration on the back of the toilet. Clocks time were not set properly. Pet Peeve of mine. Small garage cans in room which is the norm is seems these days for all hotels.

Front desk reps were friendly though Sunday the rep was working the desk and breakfast on Sunday morning. Seemed odd. Woman was hustling to do both. Kudos to her.

Decent breakfast selection. Fresh coffee and tea available all day.

Nothing special to make me return to this location.

We went there and spent 3 nights & the overall appearance was very nice. The room was very clean & they had the room sanitized due to this Covid. So my overall was great & including the staff was nice, but I know with this Covid everything has to b wiped down and cleaned & I’m sad to report it wasn’t. Now our first night there we visited the pool & it was clean and you knew which chairs had been cleaned, but we noticed the next few days a lot of people had left their dirty towels on the ground at pool side and staff never cleaned or wiped down anything. Same went for the elevators, nothing wiped down as the same dirty hand prints were there for days. So I’m going to assume since we checked out on Monday they were fully staffed in weekdays and weekends they have short staff so nothing got done, because in top of wiping stuff down the garbages piled up out by the elevator & outside. I took a pic of the one by our elevator, looked like this for 2 days. I would go back as I said overall everything was nice including the staff, they just need to sanitize for the Covid.

I stayed here one night, checked in later on a Saturday and left early on a Sunday. I went here primarily to sleep and get a short break from my 24/7 job as a full time mom to a preschooler with high demands. Upon checking in I was upgraded from a king room to a suite with no extra charge. My suite was clean, bed comfortable, and my floor was quiet. I was able to sleep-in in the morning without any noise disturbances. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming and the included breakfast was delicious. I will come back if I’m visiting the Plymouth, MA area again.

Generally, Hampton Inn is a well appointed, clean and comfortable quick stay hotel. I use this property when traveling to and from destination points because they are usually a great stay for a reasonable price, nothing too fancy but always dependable and a nice place to spend the night when traveling.

Not so in Plymouth, Massachusetts. When I booked the room, I asked about the hot tub in the pool area and was informed that they had one and that it was available for guest use. Then when we got there and tried to use it, we found out it was out of service. While this is not the biggest of deals, honesty from the desk staff would have been nice since we specifically wanted to use that amenity and there were many other property options available that we could have chosen in the immediate vicinity.

Then when we got to our room, we were disappointed to find that there was no safe available for valuables, the shower was weak and had no pressure because the faucet mechanics were loose and in disrepair, the single serving coffee maker was less than clean, not covered in plastic to indicate enhanced cleaning, and no one on staff was wearing a mask. The bedding was just average which in this reviewer's opinion is a diversion from other Hampton Inn properties I have stayed at all throughout the USA.

Calling the morning offering breakfast is a joke. The staff for the "breakfast area" spent their shift talking with the front desk attendant despite the fact tht there was still almost an hour left to breakfast, the juice was empty, the warm, not hot offerings were running low and there was hardly any bread options. The waffle area was filthy, coffee could be had but only in the lobby and the breakfast staff person was so busy chatting that guests were bussing their own tables to find a clean place to sit. Overall.....really poorly run and unprofessional. Plenty of free parking though which is always nice.

Recommendation: In this area there are many other options all on the same campus..do yourself a favor and try on of those to avoid being disappointed by this property

I stayed here this past weekend and I can't say enough about Joe at the front desk! I had just arrived on my motorcycle soaked from my trip down from Maine. He was so friendly and accommodating. He actually gave me $3 in change from his own pocket so I could dry all of my clothes!! This does not sound like much but to me it was everything! I was wet, tired and hungry and did not want to leave again to go to an ATM. Thank you so much for the hospitality and going above and beyond!!

We entered the Hotel we were greeted with a friendly smile and hello, as fast as we walked through the door they got us checked in asap and for the week we were there they did that for everyone I watched come through the door.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating to all needs.
Complimentary breakfast was served every morning and for our group they opened up a half hour early so we could eat breakfast every day.
Now that breakfast was good every morning with great variety.
There was a swimming pool that some of our group used or the hot tub next to it. I think everyone hit the gym every day that was there.
Our rooms were clean and had usb ports all around the room for phones and laptops.
There was an abundance of towels and washcloths in my room, the best feature in my bathroom was the shower massager which made my back loosen right up every morning before work.
After a hard day of work there was complimentary hot beverages and a usually a snack of some sort.
This place was also pet friendly and also family friendly.
I give this hotel a 5 ⭐️ rating for this stay.

When I booked this room I did not see that it was dog friendly, I think it’s unhealthy, and disgusting. Will not be staying again. Dogs should not be around food, and the dog I saw had its head on a table where people eat. Should really rethink this policy.

Do not stay here. When booking, I asked for a hypo allergenic room on the 3rd or 4th floor that had no prior pets. When arriving (after a 12 hour drive), we learned that the hotel had a major water leak from the 4th to the lobby. Half the hotel was soaked. Ceiling tiles were exposed. The elevator was wet and musty. Loud fans blowing everywhere. Looking back, they probably just should've closed the hotel. They placed us on the 4th floor, where the water leak originated. Loud fans blasted all night. I asked the employees 2xs to turn the fans off at night. They said they would, they didn't. To make matters worse, I explained my terrible experience to the Manager (Evan Poitras.) and he offered to give me a credit of $150. Turns out, he didn't know how to complete the refund/credit and actually CHARGED ME an ADDITIONAL $150 two times! So, not only was I charged $306+ for a terrible room and experience, but charged an additional $300 and never given the credit. I called the hotel one week later, spoke with Dana (the Manager) and she was supposed to credit the 2 - $150 charges (that day). That was on Thursday. Today is Saturday and the charges are still there. They directed me to the General Manager, Clayton (?) who has yet to call me back (after 3 voice mail messages). I am a Hilton Honors member and I am SO disappointed in this Hampton Inn. I will be contacting Hampton/Hilton directly tomorrow. I simply want my money back that I was overcharged and never credited.

The manager needs to step up and make sure this hotel is as nice as the other Hampton's we have stayed in. No decaf tea or fresh baked cookies. The breakfast tables needed more attention in getting whipped off. Rooms were nice and clean. Great check in people.
