We spent the weekend here to celebrate my sons 5th birthday at Thomas land. We arrived around 1pm and were able to check in early. The front desk area reminds me of walking into my grandparents living room...very welcoming with a southern charm. During the weekend the hotel had different activities for the kids since it was also spring break...

Spent one night at the hotel with our 2 granddaughters specifically because of the enticing tv ads showing the hotel's pool. I expected a large indoor water park based on that ad. Not so. Quite small with one slide and can get very crowded and congested both in the pool and on the small deck. The restaurant definitely could use...

Recently stayed 2 nights for sight seeing. The main reason we picked this place was the pool for the kids. They loved it! A waterslide comes out of a replica of the Mayflower, very cute idea. The pool area was warm and does have a hot tub for adults (shaped like plymouth rock!) The lifeguards had a hard time with...

I was there as part of the wedding party. The staff was very accommodating, helpful and all around friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious. As well, the ceremony room and banquet hall was beautiful

I stayed here with my daughter and grandson and we had a lot of fun. There were a few things that could be improved. First, is the mattresses. They had that dip in the middle, which means they need to be replaced. Second, it would be nice to have free breakfast. I do have to have my morning coffee and...

We found out that the John Carver was offering a special that included a night's stay for two, a "murder mystery" performance with dinner, and a voucher to apply toward breakfast...at a decent price. We decided it would be a fun thing to do on a winter week-end, and it was! The John Carver is very centrally located to easily...

I found this place to be very comfortable. The room was clean and the bedding was the best I have seen recently. I thought the pool was smaller than pictured in their ad but the grandkids loved it. I was very pleased to see that they had not one but two lifeguards on duty. The life guards were very professional...

The location of this hotel couldn't be better. We were able to walk all around town. The hotel is a bit dated but they do well with it. The pool area is great, also it's very clean. I thought the spa was priced a little high for the type of hotel I was in. I didn't use any of the...
