Stayed at the Lotus Guest House for a night after spending a week at a Dune Shack. I stayed in rm 35 and was quite large with fireplace. Bed was very comfy and nice bathroom. I found the hosts to be very nice and helpful. It is located right in the middle of Ptown. So it was easy for me...

Our stay was in late March. Although we were the only guests, we were still treated royally. Excellent location--quiet but on the edge of things. The.fireplace in our room just added to the ambiance. I would stay here anytime.

He made great suggestions of restaurants for lunch and dinner as well as for night life and was spot on. We had 3 rooms 2 which were adjoining. They were extremely neat and clean and beautiful rooms. This is an awesome little hideaway. A few notes. Places are not open until April so if you are looking for that kind of atmosphere wait till it is warmer. The person who greeted us was awesome and was nice enough to make suggestions for dinner and then print us a map. Thank you Sean. Would be AMAZING to stay...

You could not ask for a much better location. Tucked behind the stores on Commercial Street it is a hidden gem. Quiet and convenient to everything. Nicely appointed room with air conditioning. I would recommend for singles or couples only.

Great location. Parking was close and street parking is available provided there's no storm. Rooms are very modern and clean. Bathroom was spotless. A continental breakfast was provided which was quite nice. And the staff is great.

Very comfortable and well-appointed room and bathroom in guest house right in the heart of Ptown. Lovely fireplace in room, simple but very nice light breakfast. Only thing missing was coffee maker in room.

This was our first time staying here. The rooms have been renovated and are clean. Small, but nice. There is an beautiful view of the balcony from the back decks. A small continental breakfast is served each morning on the back patio. The rooms could use a small microwave and mini fridge. There is a fridge on the next floor...
