My fiancé and I have stayed in many B&B's over the years, but The Inn at Cook Street is by far our favorite. From the moment you walk in the door Jay and Patrick make you feel right at home. We have stayed in The Yardley and Koi Cottage and both were wonderful. The decor and linens make it feel...

This is the second time staying here for our group of 4 friends. 2 stayed in the Koi Cottage and 2 in the Retreat. Both rooms were wonderful - roomy, clean, well decorated with all the amenities. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful - Andrew used his secret hollandaise recipe for our Eggs Benedict and the second day we had blueberry pancakes...

We did a lot of research and selected the Inn at Cook Street based on other reviews for our first time in P-Town. Patrick and John Jay are doing everything right. They have created the atmosphere of a home away from home. They are welcoming, fun, serve a wonderful breakfast, know all the right spots to recommend and have created...

The innkeepers, Patrick and John Jay, make you feel right at home in their impeccably clean and beautifully decorated inn. The gardens, decks, and sitting areas are...

We spent 4 nights at the Inn during Bear Week 2016 and could not be happier with our choice to do so. It's often hard to feel at home when traveling but that is definitely not the case here. Patrick welcomed us upon arrival and gave us all the information we needed to get settled. Our room of choice was...

This B&B has it all! Great location, close enough to shops and restaurants, but just off the beaten path for seclusions and quite. Wonderful hosts, helpful to recommended activities and restaurants. The food was amazing, with made from scratch cookies daily. The room was comfortable with the B&B charm you want.
