My partner and I stayed in The Retreat, a beautiful second floor two room suite surrounded by trees. Gorgeous! The breakfasts were cooked to order each morning by Andrew, an expert chef who prepares your breakfast with love and a talent that I have rarely seen. Our hosts, and now friends, John and Patrick, are extraordinary! I am very very...

Close enough to walk to the excitement yet nestled in a quaint and peaceful part of town, this inn is the perfect place to stay when visiting Provincetown. The innkeepers are super friendly, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is fantastic, and most importantly, the inn is absolutely beautiful. Recent improvements to the grounds have made an already picturesque B&B...

Stayed here for 3 nights at the start of a New England road trip, and would go back again in a flash. Perfectly situated in the East End of P-Town, we were made to feel at home immediately by John Jay & Patrick. This really is one of the most friendly and welcoming places at which we have ever stayed,...

My wife and I spent a long weekend at the Inn at Cook Street and had a great experience. The room was large and well maintained and the breakfasts were great. John and Pat were also fantastic hosts. The Inn is well situated within a short walk from the center of town, though far enough away that it was very...

We've never stayed at The Inn at Cook Street before but we are very happy that we did! The new owners are very nice and even provided a surprise bottle of prosecco in the room for our birthday celebration. The inn is adorable and there are two separate cottages in the back -- we stayed in one. The room was...

My husband and I stayed at the Inn on Cook Street for 3 nights. Our first night we stayed in one of the cottages (there are two on the property) which is named the Koi Cottage. The cottage itself was quite quaint and was beautifully decorated with a gas fireplace and a loft with an extra bed. The cottage even...

HIGHLY recommend a stay at the Inn at Cook Street. It’s close proximity to Provincetown’s Commercial Street, their attention to detail to provide you the most relaxing and enjoyable stay are beyond compare. Andrew’s breakfasts were a great way to start one’s day. Most importantly, it is my interaction with people, the discussions I had with the hosts (Patrick and...
