Great ocean view from room/deck and staff was very friendly but the room desperately needs to be renovated. On the positive side the room seemed clean and it was quiet in this area. There are many negatives though. The paint is chipped/rusted, the window blinds are rotted out and falling off their hinges, the tile in kitchen/bathroom is cracked and...

I stayed at the Watermark in April of 2013 in Suite 8 and was extremely disappointed.. The web site says that Suite 8 has a fireplace and a private balcony. I especially liked the fireplace feature because it can still be chilly in April on the coast and I wanted to take my partner for a romantic get-away for her...

I have never stayed anywhere else in PTown but I do stay out 90-100 nights a year and if I could, I'd like to stay at places like the Watermark IIt right's right on the water where you can sit on the deck and enjoy a beverage. My room has a fridge, two burner stove, microwave, dishwasher and all the...

I regret booking at the Watermark Inn. I felt ripped off. You can do much, much better elsewhere in Ptown. I paid $300/night off-season. My friends stayed elsewhere for under $200 and had nicer accommodations. I didn't mind booking a more expensive place, because I wanted a luxurious experience, but the Watermark Inn was a bad decision. The waterfront location...

Traveled to the Cape for a wedding in Truro. Although I lived on the Cape and have visited Wellfleet for the past 21 years, I decided to stay in Provincetown. The Watermark Inn is a perfect location. One mile to the town center but quiet so that you feel you are enjoying a Cape Cod cottage experience. It was very...

Incredible views over the bay and of the lighthouses (amazing sunrises). Far enough out to avoid bustle but still an easy walk along the beach in to town. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Hotel service but with the perks of self-catering. Had a great time despite the rain, would recommend to anyone.

Surprise, surprise, The Watermark is PERFECT! (Again). The Watermark remains a unique option in Provincetown (and maybe anyplace?!): "boutique hotel" styling/aesthetic; great for families with little kids looking for that "special beach vacation when the kids are little" experience; equally idyllic for couples looking for utter peace and relaxation; location quiet but close enough to town center to easily walk...

The Watermark Inn is a great option for families. While researching places for families in P-Town, I found it difficult to find a nice place that welcomed young children. The Watermark Inn is a nice place that welcomes children. Our family of 4 had in Suite 7 and 8 which were side-by-side on the upper floor with its own private...

I stayed at the Watermark Inn in Provincetown with friends early in June of 2010. The Inn is located in a quiet but in-town location right on the Bay. Our room, which was impeccably furnished and clean, opened to a deck right on the water. The location and room were both lovely. I must also mention the fantastic service we...

For starters the Watermark isn't really an inn. It looks like one with it's charming many gabled design, but each dwelling is really a very private apartment with kitchen, spacious livingroom and bedroom, nice bathroom and a private deck overlooking Provincetown bay. Plenty of room to hang out in if the weather should turn bad. Apartments usually rent by the...
