Hotel was fine. Front desk & other employees very friendly & efficient. Beautiful view of bay & short bike ride to town. Bathrooms outdated compared to room itself. Clean rooms, sheets & funky 50s décore.

I am glad we stayed in this hotel. Upon check-in, Fabio at the front desk gave us a warm welcome and spent time giving us useful information since my friends and I are first time tourists in P-Town. Even the guest service manager, Dan Denault, was very gracious and gave us a little bit of history on the place as...

This was my first trip to Ptown. I went for Memorial Day weekend with my fiancé. From the moment we got there I felt welcome. The man who checked us in, Raul, was so friendly and even called our room 10 minutes later to make sure everything was ok with our room. We had a king room facing the water...

My room was clean and comfortable with plenty of space. Shower, beds, TV, balcony view, breakfast menu... all good. Hotel is an 8 min bike ride to Provincetown center. Armand was a friendly, helpful guy on the front desk. Have come here on and off for many years starting when my kids were little. The place gets better every year.
