This was another fabulous stay at Peg Leg Inn ( my 45th year and the others' 30th year) and it is Still the most wonderfully perfect place to be. You just can not beat the view, the rooms are cozy and charming. the porch is where I could dream every day! The view of the ocean is unbelievable; especially in... More

We stayed in Room 2. Nice room king bed clean and a nice view of the water with a big deck at your door step. Only possible issue would be staying in that room during summer months may be a problem as this room has no AC. Looks like most of the other rooms do but Room 2 is a... More

Booked for the weekend. When we got there we were told we only had one night. We were told it was OUR mistake. It wasn't. Must have been drunk when they took reservation. NEVER again. Same problem last summer, gave us a different room in a smelly old house across the street.

Great Inn!! Owners are lovely and Inn was pristine. Highly recommend. Great escape! Light continental breakfast was just enough to get the day started. Like taking a trip back in time! Steps across the street to the beach & just a short walk to downtown with adorable shops and restaurants.

Location to the beach and town of Rockport cant be beat! Great View from room on top floor with private balcony. Room was recently redone. The stairway up to the top floor is narrow and steep. No possibility of Handicap entrance. Breakfast was coffee, cookies and English muffins. Hotel managers were very friendly and helpful. Inn was old so if... More

Upon arriving last week, we found our room to be not up to "normal" standards on cleanliness. Bathrooms were awful, floor not cleaned, toilet not clean and rug not clean. Thank goodness I travel with Lysol wipes. The only thing the maid did was empty wastebaskets and give clean towels. Never swept floor the four days we were there. Would... More

My wife and I spent last weekend at the Peg Leg Inn. We checked in and met the owners Bob and Lillian, They could not have been more friendly and accommodating. We checked into our room which was the king room. We spent time enjoying the weather out on the deck. We enjoyed the continental breakfast and coffee to start... More

This hotel is situated just across the room from the beach. We stayed in the Peg Leg Building and our room had a lovely ocean view. The building has wrap around balconies with beautiful views. Breakfast was ample. Would definitely return.

The inn keeper, Mike, was intoxicated. His language was dreadful and he was over familiar which was very uncomfortable. My husband and I left the building hoping he would be asleep by the time we returned. I was actually afraid of what he would do and wanted to leave except it was late at night. We left at first light... More
