The house was gorgeous and immaculate. The breakfast was delicious and unlimited. We were staying in Rockport after seeing a Red Sox game for Memorial Day Weekend. We got in much later than the check in time, but Beth and Chris were very accommodating and...More

Thank you for the great review. Rockport is a town made for walking, so we like to make it easy to walk for our guests. We are about a mile from the center of town. Our regular check in time is 2 - 7. We...More

We stayed for 2 nights. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Gorgeous help yourself breakfast. Served on the terrace overlooking beautiful seaviews. Drinks and snacks available all day. Great value too. Highly recommended.

Picked this due to its high rating on TA. NOT impressed vs. other B&Bs. Everything seems executed at the lowest passable level, from marginal cleaning, cheap foam pillows, over used linens/bedding and Chinese sourced toiletries. No AC in our room made for uncomfortable sleeping. The...More

We are so sorry you were disappointed. We are an antique house, so some of the bathrooms have stall showers. If you are used to a more contemporary, oversized shower, I can see how the old fashioned style would be a surprise. But your shower...More

We were truly delighted to discover The Seafarer Inn. The ambiance, the style, the class, the furnishings, the art, the food, the grace, the location...all were excellent. We look forward to staying there again. Thank you Chris and Beth.More

Thank you so much for the review and the kind words. It was a pleasure to meet you both. I'm glad you mentioned the art. Most of the art in our house is by local Rockport artists, many of whom have galleries in town. We...More

All of our rooms have private bathrooms. Only one, the Loblolly Cove Room, has a non-attached bathroom. It is private, never shared, but it is down the hall from the bedroom. All the other rooms have ensuite bathrooms. We... More
