We were in Rockport Sunday Oct 30 for a family event and stayed at this lovely Inn. Lynn was very nice and I had booked one room and decided I preferred another and she was happy to accommodate. Room 1 was so lovely. We also enjoyed a great breakfast the next morning. Scrambled Eggs, English muffins, sausage and so many...

We stayed one night and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Room was clean & bright, and the house was warm and inviting. Morning coffee on the front porch was a treat! And had a delightful continental breakfast while sharing with the other guest. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely room on the third floor and spent an afternoon on the porch reading and enjoying the garden. Lynn made a dinner reservation for us and was very helpful. The location was an easy walk to the beach and the theater. We'd be happy to go back.

We came to this Inn by chance through our double booked hotel, and we were happy with the accommodations. The innkeeper was gracious and understanding of our predicament. The inn sits regally atop a hill and overlooks Rockport. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and relaxing while the rain gently fell outside the large porch. The room was clean and...

Lynn is a wonderful host – lots of good information. Breakfasts were good and our room was bright with a wonderful cross breeze. The bathroom was small but adequate. Location is central, within walking distance of downtown arts and restaurants. Grounds are beautifully kept with shady areas for sitting. Porch is lovely for morning coffee.

I found this place online as my wife and I wanted to get away for a day between Christmas and New Years. It was very reasonably priced and was absolutely immaculate. We stayed in the largest and nicest room in the inn and was surprised to see that there was no television in our or any other room (there is...

A really relaxing first stop after flying in to Boston. A beautiful timber clad small hotel with rocking chairs on the porch. What was billed as a continental breakfast was in fact a full spread including scrambled eggs and sausages, engagingly served around a single large linen dressed table with the other guests. We loved it - and a great...

We spent 1 night at this lovely B&B. Room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Home was beautiful. Breakfast was quite nice. Location was ideal (easy walk to main things to see and do in Rockport.) Inn keepers were very nice and helpful. We especially enjoyed speaking with other travelers over breakfast. All in all a great stay.

The Pleasant Street Inn is probably the most spotless place I've ever stayed in ! A beautiful Victorian era house, charmingly decorated & well taken care of. People mention the very steep stairs to the third floor but they are an intrinsic part of the house, you learn how to use them or take the outside steps which are recommended...

This home is beautiful. Room #7 is a little small and has slopped ceilings so be careful when moving around but my 6'2" tall husband had no problems. The steps to the 3rd floor are very steep but there are outside steps if you prefer. The house is very clean and the bed was comfy but the pillows were a...
