We spent a wonderful two-night stay at the Addison Choate Inn July 22-24,2016. We were celebrating our 39th anniversary as well as making a trip down memory lane (vacationed in Rockport as a child) for me. Jen and Ted are superb, congenial hosts who do everything they can to ensure their guests are happy. The Hearth Room was immaculate and...

We chose this inn for a weekend gathering of siblings to celebrate our mother's 85th birthday. Rockport was a favorite place to visit growing up and it still is. Every room in the inn is lovely. We enjoyed mornings on the front porch and evenings together in the sitting room. Jen and Ted made us feel so welcome, offered great...

First, the hosts, Jen and Ted, are simply lovely...warm, welcoming, and not intrusive. Plus - they are great cooks! Breakfast, served on the flower laden porch was delicious and beautifully presented. Coffee and tea are available all day as...

The Addison Choate Inn is a lovely place to stay in Rockport. My husband and I stayed for two nights to celebrate our anniversary, and we will definitely be back. Jen is the perfect innkeeper! She made modifications to my breakfast because of my food allergies, and she is friendly and ensures everyone is comfortable without being too "in your...

The new owners, Jen and Ted, offered us a warm and welcoming week-end stay in the heart of Rockport. The Captain's Room was newly renovated, and furnished with good quality bedding and the little extras that made for a first rate stay. The inn was fully air conditioned, which is a must for those warm summer days. The side porch...

My sister and I stayed here for a wedding in Rockport. It's an easy walk to downtown. Ted and Jen are perfect hosts, always on hand. Ted took our suitcases upstairs for us & lent me a sweatshirt when the weather turned cool. There's an excellent 1-cup coffee maker 24 hours and tea, not to mention chocolates, and cookies in...

Everything about the Inn is lovely. Jen and Ted are warm hosts, who make you feel welcome and well looked after. Breakfast is always on time and delicious! Being in walking distance to the ocean, great restaurants, shops and theaters is the best. Great get-away, looking forward to returning. Thank you again for your hospitality! T&G Bates

This is a charming old inn run by hosts who know how to make you feel at home. When my wife and I arrived we were warmly greeted by Jen and Ted. They then gave us a tour and brief history of the house and showed us to our room. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Each morning...
