With 150 guest rooms and 14 multi-bedroom villas, the Red Jacket Beach Resort enjoys a fabulous location on 1,000 feet of private sandy beach on Nantucket Sound. Recently updated guest rooms; many offer spectacular views of the ocean. The resort features indoor/outdoor heated pools, as well as a zero-entry children's pool and Jacuzzi spa. Perfect Visit

Visited right after Columbus Day so this is a off season review. A lot of activities that you get charged a resort fee were not applicable and there wasn't a lot of families so the resort was very quiet and not crowded. This is just what we hoped for a quiet peaceful getaway.…

Red jacket beach resort

We love this place!! The kids love going to the indoor and outdoor pool and the parents and adult friends love the beach!!! We rotated around throughout the day. The kids loved the daily activities....we will be going back again!!!

Pretty, but there are issues

Nice, poolside room, but housekeeping was erratic. Breakfast is not included. Setting is beautiful . There is NO recycling at this resort! I emailed the manager, Hollie Handrahan, after my stay and voiced concerns about this(I described picking up plastic on their beach while on…

Hello I’m going to south Yarmouth cape cod on the 15th June and was wondering what type of clothes to wear

The temperature is typically low 70s at that time of year. I would say that the attire is casual.

We enjoy walking to restaurants and bars and shops without moving our car . Is this close to many places? Is there a inside pool in case of rain

The indoor pool is very comfortable and the outdoor pool is heated. The resort is lovely and the staff is super friendly. As far as restaurants go the Skipper is very good and the outdoor deck has great views. It is a walk up to the second floor to get the views though. Enjoy! I am going back in September. I love that area.

Hello I am not sure whether to stay at riviera beach hotel or red jacket beach hotel There is an ocean front room available at the red jacket which is tempting me, but pool looks smaller. ALso Is the ocean front room on a road? And some guests mentioned noise for ocean front rooms? not sure which hotel to book Thanks for any tips

The Red jacket is at the end of the road so there's no traffic except for the car park. Never any noise apart from the ocean, although they do have a marquee (facing the water) for wedding receptions but they went back inside at a reasonable hour. Red Jacket beach is private to the hotel but make sure you book the one with the address shown as - 1 SOUTH SHORE DRIVE & enjoy 😊😊
