Comy room, clean pool and Jacuzzi and help from Nakisha with an internet issue made for another great stay at ASR. This centrally located mid cape resort is convenient to most sites and destinations. We loved the rail trail walk from the Dennis Cemetery.

We have stayed at the hotel several times over the past 15 years. It became a Clarion for a number of years. It now has new owners who have gone back to the old name. Parts of the hotel are still undergoing renovations/painting of rooms. There is a new manager who was very helpful when our reservation had issues regarding...

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are undergoing an ownership change and opening for the season which causes a few growing pains that we are working out quickly. Please do not worry about the breakfast as we are back on track! Hope to see you soon!

We would vacation twice a year at the All Seasons/Clarion Inn with our children. Now our adult children want to return this summer and stay in their favorite room. This is our go to place and we are hoping to be able to procure a visit.

Looked on trip adviser as we were driving and came up with this hotel for the evening. All the positives were right on and the couple of negatives were no place to be found. Reuben at the front desk was friendly when making the reservation as well as when we checked in. He had plenty of info on the area...

We enjoyed our 4 day stay which has been an annual occurance for many years.. We take advantage of the hot tub , pool and sauna which are always clean and...

My husband, myself and our two daughters in their 20s were traveling to Provincetown, MA, from our home in the NYC area. Because Cape Cod is much longer than you think it is; it take a bit over an hour to get from Yarmouth to PTown. So, it makes so much sense to get to the Clarion Inn the day...

We have been staying here for years, even back when it was the All Seasons. We've never had a bad experience. The rooms are always clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast is always hot and filling, with a nice selection. The place could use a little sprucing up; paint and carpets but our family really loves staying here. The...

So many of the hotels close to Provincetown were out of my budget or required a minimum of 2 nights stay. This hotel was affordable and close by. There are indoor and outdoor pools, whirlpool, sauna and fitness room. The hotel was dated but well taken care of. The rooms were clean and had upgraded furniture. There was a fridge,...

loved indoor and outdoor pools, 2nd story rooms had a balcony for each room so you can sit outside. Breakfast was ok too. While not new it was alright. There aren't too many name brand hotels on the cape, most are individually owned and I'm always leary about those these days.

When we visit family on The Cape - we always stay here. Been coming for years, before it was a Clarion. Although some things need updating (carpets), the rooms are clean, the breakfast is good, the pool area, outdoor private courtyard area and little extra amenities are nice. And the price is always reasonable.
