First of all, we would like to Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, and we apologize that your stay did not live up to your expectations, and would like to acknowledge that your feedback has been shared with the appropriate teams to ensure that this is an isolated incident. As you advised the front desk of the cleanliness of your room and requested a full linen change, our Housekeeing Manager measured your room was serviced properly and looked into the stains you spoke of; thankfully we can happily report that the red stains your speak of was only makeup. However our Housekeeping Department has reviewed the inspection checklist with the department to ensure this does not happen again. Your information regarding breakfast has been shared with the Manager who covers our Breakfast to ensure that proper procedures are being followed. In reference to your comment about hotel policy not to contact the guest, I apologize if words were misconstrued, but the advisement was that we generally do not reach out to guests when an issue can be immediately remedied so as not to bother the guest during their stay. We understand that many of our guests are business travelers, in which many cases additional phone calls to the guest take time away from the business in which they are staying to complete. However, we will always reach out when requested or for something that needs to be discussed in depth. With that note, your feedback has been shared with the Front Office team for review. As our guests satisfaction and the overall cleanliness of the hotel is our top propriety, we have fell short during your stay and we apologize for the inconveniences you experienced. Stayed 3 nights and the hotel was very nice. Comfortable beds, plenty of space and good service. My only wish is that the hotel had a restaurant. Breakfast was only ok which is why if they had a real kitchen, it could be better. The location was good and I would definitely stay

The room was clean and bright. Bathroom was small but adequate. Great shower! The king size bed was awesome! Mattress and pillows were so very plush! Very comfy! They offer breakfast for early travelers. Our room had a mini fridge. Front desk clerk was helpful and polite. Oh

Nice hotel, great breakfast buffet, comfy beds. But the bed pillows STINK!! Please burn them or something, I had to put my clothes on top of them so I wouldn't smell the STINK!!!! It smells like 100 dirty peoples heads on them...

The nearest MBTA Station is in Lowell, MA located at 101 Thorndike Street. It is 4.2 miles away. The best way to get there is by taxi or car service.

It's called Lattitude Fitness in Andover Mass. They have a website for more information. As a hotel guest you can use the facility at no charge.
