I opened a TripAdvisor account solely to alert people about this hotel. The entire reason we booked it was because we were moving cross country and had a gap before our rental in Boston began. The idea was to provide a quiet, stable place for our old dog to rest during this stressful transition. On the day of the move...

Spend a little more and go to the Courtyard by Marriott instead. This place is not a non-smoking hotel, and it has definitely seen better days. I booked through Priceline (mistake!), and I will never do that again if this is the kind of place they consider to be a 2.5-star hotel.

The place is OK... outdated and my security lock didn't line up. Towels were made for twiggy and the bed was stiff. Very Clean and the grab and go breakfast was perfect for the morning. Front desk staff were welcoming and overall the place was clean as a button.

I stayed here a while ago, when it was still called Extended Stay Deluxe. It was awful! Room was small and old, and the entire hotel smelled horrible. The smell of cigarettes was literally oppressive. We were in a non-smoking room but it had definitely been smoked in. I will never go back!

Where to begin?... I was there for 5 long nights. Never received the dishes or cooking utensils and I went grocery shopping. People from the other hotel, same owners and across the shared parking lot, to use the grill and pool. The room was never cleaned. I had to track down the employees who was suppose to be working the...

This place may be less expensive in comparison to the other suite hotels but they are still not budget and they give you absolutely nothing for your money other than a room. There's a full kitchen but not a single dish, glass, piece of cutlery or cookware in the room. If you want something, you have to call the front...

I took a chance on this property to stay on Company Travel (all the usual hotels did not meet per diem rates) and it was a terrible mistake. For the price paid - it was the not a pleasant experience. No hangers (when I called the desk, he seemed surprise that I would ask for it and said he would...

There is a reason that this hotel is rated so poorly. When we arrived we found beer cans and cigarettes on the window sill. There was also a toothbrush in the foldaway! We immediately requested that these be taken care of and for our two day stay, no one ever came to take care of this. When we arrived at...

Just what you want at a midnight check in. An overbooked hotel and an argument about your reservation. Absolutely hideous and the front desk is beyond unprofessional. I guess they stay in business only as a result of the extraordinary demand for rooms in the area. This is everyone's last choice.

At checkin, I specifically asked if they were toiletries in the room. Although I was told there were, there was nothing but bars of soap when I arrived. And when I called housekeeping to have shampoo sent up, no one did anything about it. I requested a crib the day before checkin, though nothing was available when I arrived. The...
