My husband and I stayed four nights at Yarmouth Resort, cape Cod. We stayed in suite 232. The room was super clean. The hotel was quiet and the corridors were brightly lit. I particularly liked the hardwood floors and light curtains which allowed adequate light into the room if desired. The only set back is the balcony was not cleaned. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

The room itself was average. 2 double beds. Really odd placement of tv in front of the mirror? Fridge but no microwave. Balcony was open when we got in our room. Rooms are dated but mostly clean. There’s an indoor and outdoor pool. We used the outdoor. It was nice. They have an eating area that looks like it was used for breakfast at one point but no longer offer it. Parking is easy and free. Not super walkable to really anywhere except a few lil places. All in all it was an average hotel, just make sure you check if you’ve paid beforehand so they don’t overcharge you. When I checked in I was told that orbitz didn’t collect the $, when I knew that they did and they charged me for the stay. I told them twice that I definitely paid and they said I was mistaken. Went upstairs after checking in & looked at my credit card statement and I was absolutely charged. I go back down and show them and they voided it out but never apologized. If I hadn’t caught it I’d just be charged a whole extra stay I guess.

First off I gave it 4 stars knowing its not a five star hotel. Check in was easy and desk staff was pleasant. Convenient to be able to park right outside our room but deadbolt key didn’t work. Our room was freezing ac works! The room looks recently updated but agree with other reviewers about the paint job. Beds were very comfortable. Biggest negative was the humidity made everything damp including the floor. Did not use the pools this time so can’t comment on them. With so many motels on the cape in that price range would try somewhere else next time.

We really enjoyed our stay. The owner helped us so much. Having disabilities we needed help with a few things, she was so kind to help us. It is so quiet here, even being on route 28. The room was spotless. Beds really comfy. Pools are so clean! You won't go wrong staying at the Yarmouth Resort!!!

My niece had gotten engaged before the 2020 nightmare began and we had to cancel our trip for April. We decided to "run away" from CT for a night last week and booked the Yarmouth Resort after receiving an email with a great price deal. We usually stay at the Mariner (I've been staying there since the 70's with my grandparents!) but from now on, this will be my go to. The staff was pleasant, friendly and welcoming. The room and bathroom were spotless. The beds were comfortable. TV is only a 32" but after taking a day at the Cape we passed right out. Shower gel and shampoo is available in a dispensary unit in the shower. We did have to ask for more towels which the housekeeping staff immediately brought to us. The outside was well maintained and clean. The Yarmouth House Restaurant, next door, has a great early bird dinner as well. Check in and check out was very easy. We felt our business was appreciated and can't wait to return in October to celebrate my daughter's birthday weekend.

It was so beautiful to get away. Outstanding service with everything with covid-19. The staff is making sure all guests feel safe while staying here. Hand sanitizer stations at the front desk and hallways. All towels and bathroom needs came in the morning in a bag and hung on the doors. You have the option for housekeeping. If you don't feel safe having them clean each day they won't. Your choice. Such a great option if you are a little nervous. The rooms were extremely clean. All the TV remotes come in bag so you know they are clean.
Catherine, Debbie and Eileen handled the front desk with top notch service. Extremely helpful with tips on places to eat and where to visit.
I can't wait to visit again. I would give this place a 12 out of 10 stars.

What a great trip with the family to the Cape. Always nice to visit with family and friends.
The maintenance staff was hard at work this past week, cleaning the bbq grills. More grills were added and also spread out over the hotel property due to covid-19. Nice to see the hotel doing a lot of new procedures due to the pandemic.
The room was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. I had a kitchenette room. Loved the high top table in the room.
The limited amount of people in the pool was nice. This way you didn't feel over crowded. I do wish there were more umbrellas in the pool area. The pool was nice and clean and the water was warm.
The upgraded blinds in the room were nice to see. The hallways were nicely painted. Nice updates for the 2020 season. May the updates keep coming. Nice to see they are putting in hard work to keep the place updated.
Would love to see the bathroom updated. The shower area could use a little updating.
With covid-19 it would be nice to have little tables outside at your door to eat on. We did a lot of take out. Would make it nice to have a table to eat on at your room.
The remote for the tv in the bag was awesome to see. Nice to see the hotel taking proper procedures of cleaning. I think this should continue even when covid-19 is gone. That is the one thing that I always clean at every hotel I stay at.
The front desk staff was top notch. All the ladies were super friendly and helpful.

I found the staff very accommodating with us on check in. We were given a larger room on a corner to help make taking the dog out a little easier and less intrusive to other travelers. Very nice that they even allow a dog. However, the room was seriously dirty and we spent our first hour cleaning it. Although it has sink, refrigerator and microwave, the cabinets are nearly bare for something to use to eat or drink from. The toilet would literally make this screaming sound when you flushed it, so if anyone got up at night, and flushed the toilet, we were all up. Hopefully, it auctions to someone with resources to update it. there was literally no where else to stay on a short notice, so I was stuck.

Stayed for two nights and all that needs to be said is wow. The room was clean and immediately impressive. Staff was tentative and very respectful. Personally loved my stay and I think any family, couple, or even personal trip will find the location, private beach, and room exceptionally worth your time and money.

I just found out that this resort is up for auction. That may explain the fact that it is the worst place I’ve stayed at in years. We finally had a few days to get away. It was filthy beyond anything I’ve seen. The front staff was rude. The toddler above us ran back and forth for over six hours. The mold was everywhere. The carpet was disgusting and we slept on top of the blankets with our own pillows. The bathroom had small bugs flying around. It’s got a mixture of guests as some rooms are condos and owned privately. It’s one step above camping. Only because it had a bathroom.
