Two 60+ aged folks stayed (1st week of Nov) in suite, & liked it. Fresh coffee in the lobby available 24/7 & I went down /coffee cup in hand for my daily cup. If you want to brew it in your room, bring your own grounds. Saw kids & families in pool having a great time--nice place & reasonable. Microwave, toaster & coffee maker plus small refrigerator in rooms--no other cooking appliances allowed. Hair dryers in both bathrooms. Recycling bin in room with ice machine--nice touch. Staff was friendly & helpful.
Excellent value for money. We paid a small amount extra to stay in the suite and it proved a great decision. The room was homely and cosy with an upstairs bedroom. We arrived earlier than the stated check in time but this was no problem and we were given our room straight away. There is plenty going on as this hotel offers DVD rentals to access to a racquetball court. Great stay, definitely recommend.
I stayed here recently because it is part of our exchange network and I had some points to burn. I used the stay to have a day to myself to decompress after a business event on the Cape. And for my circumstance-a single person, very familiar with the area (we stay in Yarmouth/Dennis often) with a one-night stay, this was more or less fine. I just want to provide some "know before you go" info if you are planning on a longer stay or traveling with family.
I stayed in a studio townhouse, since I was traveling alone. The agent at the front desk offered me a room in the main building, which I thought was very nice. I guess they assumed that because I am female and traveling alone, I would want the security of a room that can only be accessed internally. The place looked and felt safe, so I went with the townhouse.
The studio was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit larger than expected for a room that size. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, but was a full size bed, not a queen. Fine for just one, but my husband and I are on the taller side and used to our space, so it would have been a challenge had he been traveling with me.
The kitchenette was tiny, the sink was too small to wash dishes, and there was no dishwasher. Also no knives other than butter knives, so I had to cut my lime for my gin and tonic with a butter knife. Fridge and microwave pretty standard, very clean, and in good working condition. The coffee maker was old, and large. There have been many innovations in hotel-oriented single serve coffee brewers. Having something actually useful would have been nice. But Dunkin Donuts was a stone's throw away and open at 4:30AM for early risers like me.
The closet space was too small to be useful. Again, I didn't have much with me so I was fine. Cant imagine it with a weeks worth of clothes. Also, no in-room safe. I expect to have a safe when I travel, as I frequently bring a laptop and/or tablet and don't want to lug it around to the beach. Decent drawer space, though.
I saw that people were in the units on either side of me, but I didn't hear them though the walls-that's a huge plus and not always the case in places like this.
The pool looked nice and clean, just small. I didn't go to the gym because it didn't open until 7. I have experienced that in other resorts, but it's a demerit. I like to be well done with my workout and showered by 7.
I would stay here again, provided I'm not staying long and am alone. I didn't see the larger units, so I would like to do that before deciding on whether we would use this for family travel. I love the area, and it's nice having a known option in a sea of places of variable quality. For me this one had the right price and was therefore of value. But it doesn't compare to other resorts that Ive stayed at though our exchange. I'd call it more like a motel-plus. A decent one, but still a motel.
The best part of the experience central location. We have been here a couple of times. Whenever we go to the Cape it is our preferred location. The pool area and other facilities are fine for the size of the resort.I wish there was an elevator.
The resort is very Well maintained. Nice people who work there. No oven or stove in unit but Used microwave and outdoor grill. Beds were very comfortable. Pools and hot tub very clean and warm. I would definitely stay here again.

There is a queen or king bed in the bedroom, and a pull-out sofa. Linens are provided. The room was clean, except for some sand on the floor. We mentioned it at the front desk and when we came back, the floors were clean. I like a really dark room, and the BR was plenty dark for me. We didn't have any problems with WiFi. The kitchen area was small but perfect for our purposes. There is a microwave, refrigerator, and plenty of dishes and glassware. There are 2 full bathrooms and 2 closets. The set-up for the 1 BR units was quite nice.
