No fridge/ microwave in room. First time ever that happened in a Hampton. Breakfast was not ready for guests. Had only one person working there. Should have had at least two. Will not choose to stay there in the future.

I apologize for the inconvenience, however, we are currently working on the appliances in all guest rooms. I certainly appreciate the Breakfast comments and will staff appropriately.
