Warm reception. Beautiful area. Lobby fireplace perfect for a January visit. Lovely staff who couldn't be more accommodating. Quiet. Just wish coffee were available all day and there were outlets in the lobby so one could work in that space for hours..

Thanks Sandra! Your suggestion for more outlets in the living room is something I think we can work on easily. Any time you would like a cup of coffee, just ask the front desk. If we don't have some fresh brewed we always have a Keurig nearby. I'm glad you were so comfortable during your stay with us.

The Williams Inn is THE place to stay in Williamstown! The kind, helpful staff made my stay more than enjoyable- it was outstanding. While there I experienced a severe health problem, and was traveling alone with a small dog. The reason for my visit was to see my Granddaughter who attends Williams College. The staff, not only assisted me with...

Williamstown is home to the Clark Art Museum, the Williams College Art Museum and only 15 min from MassMOCA in North Adams. The Williams Inn is located in the center of Williamstown - rooms are comfy, breakfast included (expanded Continental-style) AND pet-friendly.

This is a lovely hotel ideally situated in one of the nicest towns in the area. Staff were very helpful and the restaurant & food excellent. The only downside was the room which was well past it's sell by date, very dated decor and electrics and rather tired, bordering on grubby in places, which was shame as the rest of...

This hotel would be just fine at $75/night, but we paid $130 and added a $40 pet fee on top of that. The wall paper is peeling, the room furnishings are pretty tired, and aside from the okay central lobby area, this is a motel level of quality. Just fine, but no hint of luxury anywhere. Continental breakfast is very...

We needed a place to stay overnight while our family took over our house...someplace quiet and comfortable. We had dined at The Williams Inn over the years, and I stayed in its older iteration on the college campus in 1968, but we had not stayed the night here. From making the reservations on the phone to our final check out...

We're glad you enjoyed a "stay-cation" in Williamstown. The staff enjoyed your visit and they're grateful for your kudos. Please think of us again when you need a retreat.

Stayed here for a family gathering over the Thanksgiving Holiday, and it was solid all around. Rooms were clean and reasonably well appointed, including a rocking chair in each room-although the rooms themselves were a little dated. The staff is friendly, accommodating and suburb, however, and the restaurant (free breakfast included with stay) is quite nice. If you're looking for...

This hotel has modern amenities with plenty of historic decor. Our room was in a wing toward the back, large comfortable bed and spacious bath with tub and separate shower. The staff was friendly and efficient and overall a great value for the money. There were two drawbacks to the otherwise nice room: 1) there were no room darkening curtains,...

Thank you for the detailed feedback about the Superior King room you stayed in. The room offers a roll-down shade for darkening and we've addressed the seal that caused such a racket. I'm glad you felt that your experience offered great value; that is an important part of what we strive to accomplish. Please consider visiting Williamstown again soon.

I stayed at the W.I. for business. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. The room was spacious and perfect! I did not spend much time there since I had a lecture to attend at the college. So, this is perfect for a business trip and a short stay. At least such was my experience.

Our room in the Williams Inn was large and bright, due to the 2 windows. The bed was very comfortable. There was a large bathroom with the wash basin separate to the rest of the bathroom. The shower was a separate cubicle, rather than over the bath. There was an iron and board. There were plenty of hangers in a...
