Room needed to be aired out so we opened the front window - but all the smoke from the smokers standing outside their rooms smoking came in, so had to close the window. Fortunately the back window also opened. The night was chilly and the heat had a hard time warming the...

I was booked into the Cozy Corner Motel and told on arrival that there was an over booking and so I was moved to this motel. I have read several reviews of both motels and feel that this is all either a bit disorganised, or someone playing on the good reputations of local motels which have been bought out in...

Small town with limited choices. Stayed 1 night. This HoJo's is a basic hotel as you would expect. Our room was upgraded to king suite. Dated, but clean and OK. Breakfast is very limited "continental" breakfast.

Asked for a downstairs room because of my old knees. He agreed but sent us to an upstairs room instead! Should have refused it but wasn't up for an argument or long wait or time to find another hotel.

Both were equally clean and comfortable. However, I made one mistake, the Howard Johnson in Lenox did not have the fresh waffles, in was the one in Williamstown. The Howard...

The room was nice, but the ice machine didn't work, and the bathroom door was so warped that closing it completely was impossible, and getting it open from partially closed was extremely difficult.
