This property is really well taken care of and super clean. Darien in the office was super friendly and efficient, couldn't have asked for a better first impression. Our room was cozy, the bathroom small and the parking was tight. The bed was very comfortable...More
Cracking place to go, only issue was the reception girl wasn’t all that friendly when we arrived. Seemed a bit of a bother having to check us in. Certainly staff here could be a bit more enthusiastic and helpful with guests especially after we had...More
We stayed here for 1 night. We really enjoyed our room. It had a key and a stoop that opened to outside. The room was all we needed. Bed and bathroom. We walked to Hi-Tide for breakfast after reading other reviews. The inn is located...More
We decided to stay in one place and travel out each day. It was a great decision and Inn at Crystal Cove was the perfect place to stay! We (two couples) had the two bedroom apartment for most of our stay. Very comfortable and convenient!...More
Quality rooms in a beautiful setting. Wake up early and go out on your private balcony for dawn - it’s worth it.
Spacious rooms, comfy beds and friendly staff - I will definitely be staying here (and for longer) if I come back to Boston.

Public transit is fine, though service is scarce in some places in metro Boston (not limited to metro Boston!). I would definitely call the hotel and simply ask. Nice people, and by the way, if you cannot reach a hotel by phone and you think its because of some sinister issue - it probably is, and take your business elsewhere! The Crystal Cove picks up and calls back and are good at their jobs - the rooms are fine and all that too - humanwise it's a good place. You might not want to stay in that neighborhood because it's hard getting in and out of. They will understand.
