A truly relaxing weekend and a perfect location to walk everywhere. The innkeepers were extremely attentive and not one detail was ignored. The beds were incredibly comfortable as well. I can't wait to return!

We unexpectedly wondered into Woods Hole on a beautiful fall day, and had occasion to have lunch at the Quicks Hole Tavern in view of the Martha's Vineyard ferries. What an incredible delight with great food and equally great service. We started off with the Quahog Chowder... as good as they "advertised". My wife went for something unique... the Kale... More

Very warm welcome at this interesting, very well renovated B&B. Our room was well appointed with a comfortable bed - shabby chic decor. Good sized bathroom with a great shower. Breakfast was very nice with an interesting social arrangement for eating and food prep. All food made in the kitchen by very friendly and helpful staff. Tea and coffee always... More

The Woods Hole Inn has *THE* location in Woods Hole. It's right in the center of the little town, walking distance to everything, and walking distance to the Ferry, in case that's relevant (and if you think not, then try a day trip :-) This is an old building, totally in character of the little town (zoning is strict; no... Following a tour around New England we were able to satisfy a long held ambition to visit Cape Cod and Marthas Vineyard. The Woods Hole Inn was ideally located for the ferry across to Marthas Vineyard and close to several very good restaurants. The Inn has been lovingly restored and has a wonderful and different ambiance with comfortable seating in... More

Warm welcome - home cooked food for brekkie. Afternoon cookies were a pleasant surprise with tea and coffee on demand. Comfortable rooms with some nice touches. The inn allowed us use of bicycles for the day as there is a cycle path nearby along the seafront to Falmouth and beyond all on the level more or less. We had a... More

We stayed at the Woods Hole Inn for 2 nights in October. We were in Room 5, the only room where you enter from the outside of the inn. I was a bit hesitant but really wanted to stay at the inn(the video on the website and inn keeper John sold me on giving it a try). The room was... More

Wanted to stay here, they had a room available, but said they didn't accept American Express upon checking in??? Really? Unfortunate... 4 stars - looks like it would be a great stay 2 stars - very nice front desk person, but lack of accepting Amex, most business travelers use Amex, made for an unnecessary/stop/attempt to book a room in person,... Dear 4PFamily - I am so sorry that our recent switch in merchant processing vendors caught you up short this past week. We have accepted Amex for years, but our new vendor is not yet set up with Amex (but promises to be by December) so we are in this odd and unfortunate window where we can not accept it... More

Great location, clean, comfortable, and from the moment we arrived until the time we departed the staff was very friendly and helpful to all of our needs. Amanda gave several suggestions for our day at Martha's Vineyard which made our experience there more enjoyable also. This will be a place we return to for each trip to Woods Hole.
