They shut the pool down right in the middle of our weekend stay, my hotel keys didn't work half the time plus my heat/fan didn't work. It's not worth the money that you pay to stay there especially because it costs extra to park and you don't even get a free continental breakfast. We will definitely be staying somewhere else...

It was the week between Christmas and New Year's' Day. Literally there were 5 guests. The restaurant was open but had a limited menu. In fact I believe there were only 3 entrée choices none of which I was interested in. There were no other restaurants downtown that were open. The food was edible but far from great. Service was...

Not really a "high end" hotel like I had hoped. Everything about the hotel is just "average". Not terrible but definitely not great either. For the price I was expecting a lot more. Bed was ok but sheets were awful (very poor quality) and the elastic was shot so it wouldn't stay on the bed. Renovate all the rooms it...

Where to start? Box spring to bed broken and when I told the front desk they said ok thank you and never made a note of it so don't take room 1218 you'll be sleeping on the floor. Restaurant too small for hotel. I have never been to a hotel where you couldn't eat dinner because it was at capacity...

We attended a wedding of a family member at this hotel. We stayed all weekend. The hotel was great for the wedding. The service was very friendly from the front desk to the valet/door men. The location was perfectly close to the Church. We parked the car and walked around and hung out in the hotel for the weekend. There...

We had the mistaken impression that by actually going into Battle Creek we'd find a nice hotel and maybe (hopefully) a decent restaurant. We should have just stayed by the highway! While we were driving across country I did a quick search on for a hotel in Battle Creek. The McCamly had decent reviews and it was located downtown so...

I attended a conference at this hotel and had mixed feelings. The conference rooms are well appointed and spacious. Conference coffee, however was late and sparse. The luncheon was also not well served. Some at our table were done eating before others had been served. Service was polite but disorganized. Rooms are large with good towels and pillows. Otherwise, they...

They hosted a convention of 300+ people and never missed a beat. Meeting rooms were well-set up and always supported. They did a plated meal for 290 and the hot food was hot and the cold food was cold...and service was prompt. While we were less excited about the housing accomodations, which were in need of some attention in terms...

The staff at the McCamly Plaza Hotel were very friendly and always had a smile. We were there for a conference and the staff, especially the valet, were very attentive to our needs. Each time we entered the hotel, someone greeted us with a friendly smile and spoke to us. The town of Battle Creek has done a wonderful job...

Ok this is an ok hotel that is reasonably comfy. The rooms are spacious but it's very very tired. I stayed on the wrong side of the hotel and got the trains honking their horns all night long, I woke up exhausted. The hotel just could do with an update, there's nothing specifically wrong with it, just tired. The TV...
