Clean, clean, clean! Beautiful view of the countryside and staff accommodating. The girl who took my phone reservation had a bit of trouble processing it, but was very nice about it. Good value for area and season (fall color).

We had the opportunity to stay here just a few days ago. The clerks at the front desk were welcoming, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was okay... but great as a quick meal.(my only comment would be, I would have really like to see cold drinking water availible)

Pretty decent place...it's not a 4 star place, but a reasonable place to sleep, shower, have breakfast, and be on your way. Breakfast was decent, eggs, bacon, various breads, juice, coffee, oatmeal...people at the counter were very nice and helpful...

$169.00 a night was crazy not to mention tac and more than just the state tax. Total $185.00. For a one star hotel! They got us, we needed something for the toddler. The customer service was horrible from the first phone call. We had a room next to a dog that barked all night. Asked to move and could not,...

Overpriced for a Best Western, but it's summer in Upper Michigan so they can get away with it. Cleaner than most BW properties. As with most hotwls that offer their guest free cookies in the evening, they were out of cookies,at least the three times I checked.

Hotel was conveniently located to Traverse City and the Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore park. Room were nice, clean and comfy. Breakfast okay. Coffee cups need to be changed throughout the hotel...makes the coffee taste like the cardboard cups!! Didn't use the pool, but it was nice. Beautiful setting.

Stayed overnight on our way to Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was large and clean. Breakfast area is large with the normal food. The staff kept it well stocked. This seems to be a newer hotel. The town of Beulah is quaint and shuts down early. The Bay Area was great...

We have stayed at various hotels in the area and gave this one a try. initially it looked like it was finally going to be different. but in the end it always comes down to the service level in this area. The front desk person was very nice and reassured us that they use a UV light for cleaning and...
