We loved the Inn and especially our host Sandi. She made us feel welcome as if we were her long lost friend. The house is very beautiful and historical. We loved the breakfast and "happy hour" visiting with her (we were the only guests at the Inn that day).

My husband & I stayed at this B&B on June 15 and were very disappointed in the condition of the property. The website has beautiful photo's which were obviously taken several years ago when it was in much better condition. The grounds of the property were overgrown with weeds and was in need of painting. The common area's of the...

My husband and I stayed one night on June 18th. We were greeted by the manager (owner) and our room was pointed out to us, as itbwas directly off the main sitting room. The room decor was nice, if not dark. The Bathroom was very small. There was a shower with unclean curtain, very small sink, but Aveda brand toiletries...

My wife and I were looking for a place to stay for the weekend as we had a wedding to go to. We stayed in the Rose Room for only a little more than a hotel. The room was beautifully decorated, like an old country home and very comfortable. The standout point was definately the service. I'm allergic to chocolate,...

My wife and i stayed here for a long weekend. Our room (the "Jonathan") was right off the main living room which took us aback but it was very nicely decorated and very comfortable. As pointed out by previous reviewers, the service really sets this place apart. Michael was attentive to our individual needs and made some great recommendations that...

It had a lovely warm atmosphere and Michael and Scott were wonderfully personable and informative hosts. We still had a great time and the host, Michael, did his best to accommodate us. However, the food was processed and out of the box. No flavor..no aromas from the kitchen. The kitchen was behind a wall and off limits so in order to have coffee in the morning you had to ring a bell and wait for coffee...

Michael was a great host and did not miss a beat when it came to service. Breakfast was delicious and I really loved the wine & cheese @ 5pm. It gave us a chance to talk with the other guests. Then when it was bedtime our bed was turned down with fresh cookies waiting on the table. Rooms were very...

We stayed 3 nights in Jonathon room, a room with classic victorian character and were very comfortable. Mike and Scott were great attentive unobtrusive innkeepers and prepare excellent unique breakfasts. They were very accomodating and helpful regarding recommendations-great locations for the walk down past Belvedere Club neighborhood and also to Charlevoix center-good wrap around porch for sitting with your coffee...

The staff went out of their way to help us. Helped with bags, called to make reservations, and served great home made breakfasts. It was wonderful to sit on the porch with wine and cheese served to us before dinner hour, then to come back and sit again on the porch and watch the day turn to night and watch...
