Visited Chelsea House for the first time, though we have been to the town several times. Andy and Nancy, new owners, were gracious and fun. The inn was immaculate and yet comfortable. ...breakfast was fantastic. We stayed in the Glazier suite which we found luxuriously quaint. ..very comfortable. We highly recommend the Chelsea House!

Andy greeted me graciously during my unexpected detour! I now know where my "home away from home" will be! I look forward to meeting Nancy! If you have one negative thing to ever say about this beautiful bed and breakfast, well ~ then your not worthy of staying here. Everything was top notch from the warmth of the fireplace's to...

With barely 5 minutes notice, we were able to provide you with a warm and comfortable room--and so happy to do so! DinahMom and Pops are still talking about you, hoping you made it to Battle Creek without incident! We look forward to hosting you again, perhaps during the next blizzard--which is sure to happen in Michigan! Best of everything--...

We live just 12 minutes away from the Chelsea House Victorian Inn and spent a Friday night there in Robert's Penthouse. We have a bunch of equestrian animals at home somebody was tending for us in our absence and being so close kept our options open if something went wrong at home. I was particularly impressed with how many aspects...

It was quite a storm, indeed! 60 mph winds, and all we lost were a few roof shingles. This house was built to last! You were wonderful guests to have, and we hope to host you again in the near future. In the meantime, good luck with your animals and your journey. Andy & Nancy Owners/Innkeepers

I visited the Chelsea House last week. It was a delightful experience. The charm of the room transports you to a different time. It allows your imagination to surface and relive an era that was a little slower and calmer. Andy and Nancy were so personable and gracious. They catered to all my needs. The breakfast crepes were wonderful. The...

My husband and I came to the Chelsea House for a weekend getaway and found a great place to return to! The Inn is as comfortable and amenable as it is beautiful and charming. We were fortunate enough to stay during the "changing of the guards" as the new innkeepers Andy & Nancy were apprenticing under the former innkeepers Jim...

Came to Chelsea to see Jeff Daniels at the Purple Rose Theatre with in-laws. They have stayed here several times and highly recommended it. We had the place to ourselves on Dec. 30th, rather fun. We got to visit quite a bit with our hosts, Kim and Jim, and heard about the history of the house and all the restoration...

My wife and I stayed here while attending a show at the Purple Rose. We had an outstanding stay. Kim and Jim are excellent hosts. Breakfast is wonderful too. Be sure to book a table at the Common Grill through the Innkeepers. You won't regret it.
