We've stayed at the Millpond Inn about five times now. It is clean, comfortable, and Joan's cooking is very nurturing. It's been like a second home, while we visit our family in Clarkston. It has been fun and inspiring to converse with Joan and Buck. The delicious breakfasts are especially memorable. The homemade breads, yogurt, smoothies, and omelettes are wonderful....

Just returned from two night stay. We had the Southwest room. Very quiet, clean and restful.. Liked the walk on shower with safety bars. The food was excellent and our hosts, Joan and Buck couldn't have been more congenial and accommodating. Would highly recommend to everyone. Hope we get to visit again. Thanks for the lovely time.

This quaint little gem is the only B&B in Clarkston. The location is perfect; traffic can be heavy at times, but we loved watching all the beautiful cars passing by, as we had the front room with small patio to sit. The beds are so comfortable I think we fell asleep the minute we hit the pillow both nights. Joan...

This place was wonderful. Joan and Buck were always so welcoming and made you feel right at home. We were given the choice of which room we wanted. We chose the John Abbott room. It is in the front but at night you cannot hear any traffic. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The yogurt was amazing. I will stay here...

I stay here occasionally on business and my wife and I finally found time to stay here together on 1/2/15. Great clean rooms with nice baths. Joan and Buck are excellent hosts. Off street parking in the back. INCREDIBLE breakfast. This is a must try, really.

I surprised my wife with a weekend getaway here in October. The inn is situated among many beautiful Victorian style homes on main street. From first meeting Joan at the door she treated us as old friends and with loving respect, She conversed and gave a tour of the entire facility. It is quite nice that the guests get "free...

My wife and I had tickets to a concert at DTE Music Theater (aka Pine Knob) earlier this week. We have moved farther away from DTE and we decided to find a hotel or B&B that's nearby and spend the night after the concert was over with. I did some checking around and came across the Millpond Inn. We have...

This bed and breakfast is what all places should be. Joan and Buck provide a total package of comfort. The breakfast served is all handmade by Joan from the yogurts, smoothies. pastries and did I forget da Omlets. Located in a small village off I-75 it is close to alot of entertainment. I prefer going to Rudy"s for a cold...

The Mill Pond Inn is a spectacular experience. Joan and Buck were welcoming from the minute we arrived and gave us their full attention even though the inn was full. We felt like we were home. The breakfasts were outstanding. Everything is homemade from scratch, coffee cakes, muffins, omelets and even the yogurt! The gardens are incredible with a water fountain...
