Camped with friends beautiful campground, shame that the management didn't inform campers of the infestation of wood cockroaches! So we and both other campers we camped with came home with the infestation taking over our campers spending a week of bombing and sprays now a week of throwing stuff away and washing everything to get rid of any eggs! Very angry...

The campground is gorgeous, everything else about our stay was awful. The worst my friends and I have ever been treated. We are all in our 20's, have camped many places, always respectful. We are college grads, not hooligans, and yet the manager thought it was appropriate to infer that my friend was a drugee and her own employee a...

Beautiful park to stay at - the trails are very nice and kept, the beach is amazing (although staff did not enforce the no dogs rule), very clean bathrooms and very nice camp sites. Very nice place and we really enjoyed our stay. Only negative would be the "Camp Host" - just not welcoming or friendly person.

"2" Signs says "No dogs on the beach...$25 fine"....as you walk down to see the beautiful sunset. Saw 4 dogs come down the stairway to the beach...each time when fine mentioned they don't go back, owners say they don't care...I'll pay the fine. No fine enforced???? Rude campers. Huge family groups with so many tents on a site it looks...

Beautiful beach area in a very clean park and campground. In the area for only a day, but would return in the future for camping and enjoying the bay. Very nice park. Camp sites are very large and peaceful.

Beautiful area, but talk about a lazy bunch of staff! Manager stands around with a nasty look and hands in her pockets. Campsite not raked full of cigarett butts and beer caps. Never saw staff work just collect money. They took all the trash cans and when you put your garbage out in front of yout site they just pasted...

If you haven't had the pleasure to camp here, you are missing out on a truly, relaxing, enjoyable experience. The campsites are spacious and separated from your neighbors, enough to allow privacy. The restrooms are very clean and spaced throughout the park to accommodate all. The showers cost a quarter, but I had more than enough water and it was...

Found this campground while looking for campgrounds near Bellaire, MI. My search pulled up about 18 different places within my range. In looking through the different sites I was able to discount the RV only places, as my boyfriend and I just have a tent. Next was to narrow down the list for places that allows dogs, and out of...

We have been going here for years...it truly my favorite campground in Michigan. It's right in the middle of the Cherry Orchards if you want to go picking or just buy some, Brownwood Farm is a few miles away, Torch Lake is across the road, the list goes on. The fireworks in Central Lake are some of the best I;ve...
