Stayed for one night. Bed was comfortable. The place was not too crowded. The front desk person, Sarah C., was very friendly, helpful, and great with explaining things. On the downside, my room was not as clean as it should be. The coffee machine was questionable. I had to clean it myself before using it. In the bathroom, there was a dead cockroach (or a bug that looked like a cockroach). It was dead though, so I cleaned up. Breakfast was okay. It was just a counter with food ready for pick up, and I came in to get what I wanted. Luckily I am not a big breakfast person. I understand it is a Covid pandemic times. The price for my room was expensive. (My friends paid for my stay, though.) However, for the amount paid for my room, one would expect better amenities and cleanliness. Stayed at this hotel with some friends that couldn’t say enough good things about it. Staff was great, the hotel is fairly clean. However, being that it is so old, it makes it look rundown and ragged. Our bed was horrendous. We have a crappy mattress at home and it’s 100 times better than the one we slept on there. Old linens, old furniture, no safe. And why would anyone build a hotel with no elevator 🙄. It may have been better if the pool/jacuzzi had been open. However due to covid it was not, no fault of the hotels. We dealt with what we were given and tried to make the best of it. Will not stay there again unless it’s updated with new mattresses, linens and furniture.

My family and I stay at this hotel on 05/10/2019. The manager she treated you like family. Her warm personality and hugs touched your heart. I recommend the hotel to all that's in this area. Quick stop due to the weather. Price was ok, room was clean, smoke smell lingers until you start up the noisy ac/heater then no smoke smell. Bed is EXTREMELY firm. Staff was very nice. Did not get to check out the breakfast room. Kids super noisy in the halls.
