Very happy with my stay at this Red Roof! Staff friendly and attentive, clean room with attention to details! This is an older Red Roof but it looks to be kept up. Still has carpeting that I suggest should be the next update. When I was there this weekend there was a snow storm...parking lot plowed over night, access way... More

The staff here was excellent, which is uncommon for a Red Roof. I've stayed at good and bad for Red Roof, but most of the time the staff could care less if you have an issue. These folks are genuinely helpful. Although the water pipes can get very loud.

I stayed at this location for a night while my place was being worked on. It generally well located near freeways. The rate was reasonable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was OK, but could use some basic updates. It was dim and the shower looked like it was damaged and repaired hastily. The check in area puts... More

This is an older hotel with exterior entry doors multiple buildings and large parking lot. The check in process was very quick and pleasant. The room is very spacious and clean. With that said, remember this is an older property & its not a 4 star establishment. Priced very reasonably and comfortable. Great water pressure, pillows, linens, coffee maker with... More

We recently spent eight nights in the premium room. Everything worked!, something that seldom happens. The rooms were extremely quiet, likely because these are likely encased in concrete. Although we could see the traffic exiting the freeway onto Grand River Rd., we never heard any traffic noise inside our room. Perhaps it's because of the barrier wall behind the ample... More

This is my go-to hotel when I travel for Michigan Football games. I live in Cleveland, OH but frequently travel to Michigan for football games and to visit family. Each time I make sure to stay at this hotel. Management and staff are very friendly. I got in a little after midnight and the lady at the front desk was... More

The room was clean. There was no trash can. The on demand and guide functions did not work on the tv and there was no channel guide. Not a place to stay on a romantic getaway. Felt like a cheap motel instead of a hotel.

Have stayed here several times, and we will keep coming back whenever we are in Southeastern Mi. Have written reviews each time here, and each time we are extremely pleased, especially with the price, and with the cleanliness and with the comfort. Still recommend staying here, and obviously, we will be back.

Older motel but clean. Reviews for this location seem to run all over the place. My room was clean. Older building but things have been done. Newer paint and bathroom. King bed was comfortable. Flat screen TV. No ironing board or iron in room. Did not check at desk to see if they had one. Call before you go to... More

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and everything worked. The staff was nice, too. They even gave us extra towels when we checked in because they noticed we had four people. There's no breakfast, but we knew that going in. There's a Tim Horton's very close by where you can get a quick breakfast, if that's what you're... More
