Beautiful rooms, house and gardens. Lots of thoughtful touches. Delicious breakfasts - fresh fruit, good coffee, home made marmalade, choice of freshly cooked hot dishes. Highly recommend scrambled egg with smoked salmon on muffin. Very helpful hosts.
First time visited, highly delighted, superb accommodation, old world charm, great breakfast and lovely hosts. Will return! Easy Parking in car park, very quiet. no through traffic. Rooms had many extras, could not wish for more.

They are not too steep, but if you are not good on stairs I would avoid this place. I am ok on stairs and aged 81, but I found them a bit tricky. They are metal with holes in. Also, the place is out in the sticks and I am sure you could find something good in Spalding. We would certainly look there in future.
