I booked two rooms with double beds for my family so we could attend my daughter's graduation on from MSU on Saturday, May 7th. The rooms were paid for online and confirmed for Saturday and Sunday, May 8th through Travelocity. Upon arrival the hotel parking lot and lobby were filled with a bunch of unsavory characters. The lobby was smelly,...

My boyfriend and I checked in and stayed less than an hour. The halls reeked of smoke. Suspicious characters and vehicles were lurking around and outside the hotel. Once inside, the check-in desk attendants seemed like they didn't know what end was up. Once we got up to our floor, we heard strange noises from several rooms, and a dog...

We arrived too late and were only staying a short time since we had to be up early in the morning. Bed was dirty, the room smelled, wouldn't even touch the fridge, bathroom...
