Well first off the on line price was $54.00 was charged $60.00 but we did ask for a handicap accessible room. So we did get a ground floor room. However to get to that room you would need to clime the ice mountain. Or you could walk all the way back up front. So we chanced it. Took several attempts to open the door. Found out once we got in the inside door knob was held on with a screw and it was giving up. Room was dirty as expected (from other reviews). I checked everything no bugs of any type. Door did not close all the way. Large gap all the way around it. No weather strip. AC unit looked new. No mold. Pillows 2. Were bags of rags...well felt like. We later got 2 more from maid that were slightly better. So we unpack over the ice pile. And head out. Next day we go to our appointment. We get back late 2am. And the same empty parking lot is over flowing..due to a lot of high end cars that are all mis parked taking up twice as much space as needed. And you guessed it. We can't get anywhere near our room. So I ask night clerk what's going on? He says oh the club next door parks here???? WTHeck?? I say I can't get to my room. He says oh you can park out back. Again really? I say no there are no spots and I am not parking that far away. I am reassured they will be gone in 30 min. Not being able to walk that far on ice or wanting to chance sketchy looking area we wait in the car. As we wait we see why the cars are all parked weird. Two teen boys that have no idea how to drive or park are the valets. And they are driving these cars like they are on a race track. So the motel knows this is going on. 15 + security cams. Any way we waited 1 1/2 hours to get a parking spot. Still not near our handicap accessible room. At 4:30 am all heck breaks loose. It sounds like a herd of animals running around overhead. And this went on till we left at 10:30. We later found some emblems missing from our Auto.

Honestly, in this area, this hotel is pretty descent. I've been in worse for the same price... I had just 1 issue with the room- when I closed my bathroom door, there was a dirty washcloth leftover... Now, I can understand housekeeping making a little mistake like that. I'm sure they don't close the bathroom door while spraying chemicals to clean it. My biggest issue would be the dishonesty I have seen on several websites. 1st- there is NOT a restaurant here. 2nd- there is NOT a coffee maker in each room- I know that for a FACT, because I'm sitting in one of the rooms now while writing this review! 😱🙄😂

I had flight issues with Delta and they put us up in this hotel as a courtesy. We we're very sketched out about this place from the moment we entered the parking lot. First off, what type of place has a sign that says "No Refund after 10 min. of check-in"? With the smell and condition of room I think it has been months if not years since it was cleaned. There are no lights outside the rooms so we had to use our cell phones to find the room number. Once we did find it, went inside and the door didn't want to shut or lock but I finally did get it to shut and lock. When we went in the TV was already on as well. There was no alarm clock, outlets by the bed did not work and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. My wife went to use the bathroom and the toilet seat was broke and she almost slid off the toilet with the broken seat. There was also human waste left in the toilet from previous user. There was either waste or blood on the front part of the toilet as well as hair on the back. The shower looked filthy, I wasn't taking any chances so we went without a shower. There were not even any washcloths! The entire room was sticky. The beds and pillows smelled awful. I was concerned I was going to see rats running around our room. We were just desperate for a place to just lay down for the few hours before our rescheduled flight so we hesitantly laid on top of the bed covers because we were certain there had to be bed bugs! We slept with our shoes on! I would have rather slept outside on the grass, however by the looks of the surrounding property, this was not a good idea either. We just layed there and prayed to make it through the 4 hours we had there. We couldn't get out of this place quick enough. Our shuttle arrived on time and in chatting with the other traveler who we shared the same shuttle with, his experience was no different and he was just as happy to be out of there, stating "that place just needs to be condemned.". This place is NOTHING we would recommend. It actually doesn't even stand a chance at passing any public health standards. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

My husband and I went to lodge for the night at this particular hotel and upon being in the room a couple hours we encountered bed bugs!!! And the sheets were dirty. We immediately had to shake our belongings, set them out and I then went to the office and talked with Edward about the problem. Edward at the front desk would not help us as he said, "that isn't my shift." I then was told to call the manager the next day as he would be in, his name is Sam. He also would not conclude this situation with me as I asked for just a refund. This is the WORST hotel to lodge. DO NOT GO, unless you want to take bed bugs home with you. Will keep trying to upload pictures

The tub and Jacuzzi were dirty, I went and got bleach to clean them myself. The wash clothes were stained with rust but the bed felt great and the service was good. I wouldn't go back there though, sorry.
